Recently I was thinking of making a blog post teasing my next story as a way to generate hype. Doing so now feels wrong, though. So instead:

Black lives matter. Fuck all fascists. If you disagree with that don't follow me and don't read my fucking stories.

Maybe I'm just screaming into the void here. After all, I don't even have 50 followers. But I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I didn't say something.

If there is a message to this blog, it's that we all need to educate ourselves about the oppression that minorities face every single day. We need to shut down fascists and give them no room to spread their hateful ideology. Most importantly, if you're white like me, we need to listen. We need to provide space for the oppressed to be able to speak up.
