Opening her eyes slowly Ramirez got up, blinking a couple of times as her eyes tried to adjust to the bright lights of the hospital room “What Star?” she asked.

after an exhausting night, Rami with the help of her husband and her friend she was able to give birth to a healthy nymph which she is holding rn. smiling while crying as she looked down at her beautiful daughter, Star doing the same thing while Griff and Melody who arrived after him just smiled.
“Amber...” she said to herself quietly.
“So where do you get all those colored papers?”
“Nowhere, really. I carry them with me at all times.”
“Have you thought about using any other colors other than red, green, blue, and yellow?”
“Eh, I didn’t see any point in it.”
"This will be my first test." Melody said, speaking into a recorder. Griff was trotting alongside Metamorphosis, taking a walk with him. "Step one..."
Melody clicked on a red laser and shone it out at Griff. He froze, stared at it, then, when she moved it, he began chasing it. Meta giggled and followed as Griff began pouncing on it like a kitten. Meta batted as it as well, and soon the two were chasing it. Melody shrugged.
“uh...Rami?” *looks at her worryingly*
“...yeah?” *gets off the bed*
“are you okay?” *watches her lay on the floor*
“I’m...I’m fine Star...” *closes her eyes*
*meanwhile, in Ramirez’s head*

Griff snarled, sending another rock flying with a free hoof.
He hated this. Why couldn’t his mother see that his “dad” wasn’t right for either of him? Why couldn’t he have a good father?
He sighed heavily, dropping down to the ground and laying his head against it, curling up in his alicorn wings.
He wanted a good father.
“I can’t believe I’m this much in debt,” Griff sighed, eyes widened as he looked down at the bistro table. He had successfully paid for Dante’s hospital bill a few weeks ago, but was most definitely struggling now. He was so out of it switching back and forth between jobs that he had three-day-old clown makeup on his face from that gig at the circus.
“Hey, kid! Wait up!” a voice from outside exclaimed.
“…who’s that?” He lifted himself up to look outside.
“Spiny! I found the obsidian you were asking for! Spiny?”
*bump*
“Oof! Oh, uh, heheh... you’re not Spiny.”
*gets up* “Sorry, sir. Didn’t see you there.” *looks up and squints* “Say, you’re one of those new recruits, aren’t ya? Scarab told me all about you! I’m Flutterwings. And you are?”
Heroine: “Y’know C-Heroine… I think I’ve gotten used to you and your many many sisters.”
C-Heroine: *Happy monster noises*
Heroine: “Heh… well, now that this is all sorted, we should probably—”
*A cybernetic Heroine soon enters the metaphorical stage*
Cybernetic Heroine: “Greetings, I am H3R01N3, version 1.5.7. But you can refer to me as Heroine, HeroineBot, Cybernetic Heroine, Sweetie, or Hun.”
C-Heroine: “Uh…”
Heroine: “Oh come on! How many more or me are there?!”
“I could’ve sworn we had dozens of grape jelly jars left in here!”
“…Brother? We have a uh… situation in the back room.”

"Good. I'll be with your dad in the kitchen if you need anything." *leaves room*

Tonight Ramirez and Star would be going out together, just the two of them. and since nopony will be home to take care of Zinc and Thumbtack along with Amber and the 2 new arrivals she had asked Griff and Bez if they could watch over them tonight, luckily, they agreed.
“So how was your day?” Bezier asked Griff as they walked towards the home of the little changeling and her husband.
