"Yes pony me?"

"...How do you do it?"

"Do what?"

"Do all this! I-I mean, you're rich! You have fucking fountains in your front yard, you have a multimillion dollar business, you're basically Tony Stark, and you have like, what? Ten kids?!"

"Well, there's Pharynx, Ocellus, Apex, Quinny if he counts, the triplets, the twins, the other triplets...and the other one. So more like a baker's dozen?"

"Exactly!!! How the fuck do you manage to make time for all of them?! Plus you and your Metamorphosis have a bakery now, right?! So how the fuck do you manage to keep up with it all?!"

"Heh, well... I don't, admittedly."

"...What?"

"That's just it, I don't. You're right, it is a fucking lot to keep up with, and usually I have a hard time paying attention to the older kids, especially that one who's name I can't remember...eh, whatever, I'll just call him Tall Green. But the point is, you don't have to keep up with it all. There's no way it's possible."

"...So then how are you so good at this?"

"Well, I'm not perfect. But I guess I do a pretty good job...anyway, I don't actually run my company full time, I hired Umbra and my other friends to do that part. That way I can spend more time with Morphy and the kids in the bakery. That's how I get to connect with my kids, and when we're not at the bakery I trust that they can look after themselves, and they'll come to me when they need to. The babies...are babies, they need constant attention, so it's not too hard to drop what I'm doing for a minute and feed them so Morphy can rest. But even then, it still gets pretty hectic, so you wanna know my secret?"

"What? Please, I'm desperate!"

"I take a vacation."

"...That's it? I've done that too! I spent like five months in the ocean a while back!"

"Yeah, but...did you take Meta with you?"

"Er...no? He's a bug, bugs and water don't mix."

"Okay, fair enough. But the point is, when things are getting too much for me, even if Meta's not feeling the same kind of pressure, we go out together. Sometimes it's just to dinner or a movie, but we go by ourselves, or at least only bring along the good children that won't bother us. But when we can, we go on actual vacations, alone. Just the two of us. Being able to spend time alone with Morphy helps me realize why I do all this in the first place."

"...And that is...?"

*Chuckles* "Because I love him. I love them all, even when some of them are being little bitches. I truly love my family and the memories we've made together, good and bad. I'm proud that I have them in my life. Sometimes it just takes being alone with my husband to remind myself why I fell in love with him, and every time I do, I fall in love all over again."

"I...I guess I never thought about taking him with me...I've never taken them with me..."

"Go ahead and try it. We're almost exactly the same, maybe it'll work for you."

"Yeah... yeah, I will. But, uh...my jobs..."

"Oh, those? Yeah, fuck those. You're related to royalty, right? And the bugland's community doesn't like, make you pay rent, do they? So I think you'd be alright to skip off for a week or so with your husband for the sake of your mental health. And if you lose your job then great! You should be looking for jobs that involve stuff you love, not, like, a damn Starbucks or something. Those places are soul sucking hells."

"Yeah, true...thanks, other me."

"No problem, me."
