Hey everypony!
Just wanted to remind y'all that the deadline for Nightmare Night in April submissions is next weekend. Even if you haven't started, you've still got plenty of time to sit down and write something, so don't delay!
I'm writing my final fic on this site before I call it quits. It's a crossover between Gen 4 and my novel, Dragon of Grace. It tackles all sorts of serious and heavy topics: stuff like depression, suicide, religious trauma, post-traumatic stress, childhood sexual abuse, etc. However, unlike many of the fics I've seen surrounding these topics, the story takes a more uplifting turn partway through that encourages healing and the value of close relationships in times of peril. I'm a good ways into
Have to release today's messages a little earlier than usual, before 24 hours have passed since the previous ones, so that I can concentrate on something else later. Which means the story won't show up under "Latest Updates" on the front page today, so here is a blog entry to alert you of the new releases.
Stay not where it lurks, lock the door, turn off the light.

As a few of you have probably noticed, I am finally back in the writing business proper since Sunday, after three months of basically zero output courtesy of depressions that let my writing tempo slow down to a crawl. I have finally released a new story that I had promised for a long time now (I will talk more about this one below, for those of you who wonder about the
Sorry for no updates on the last four days. I got carried away a little with doing more research for my "Ponies Around the World" upload. I always include a lot of information of a special kind in these uploads, but I just couldn't find anything that's revelant about the place I visited this year, so I got desperate and focused on it more and more. That wasn't ideal (and I still couldn't find anything, despite turning over every stone on the Internet), but that research is finished now, so
Only three days anymore until "The Sky is Gone: Epiphany"! To make the remaining wait more exciting, here is a little teaser for you! One of the first, new messages by Silverstream that will be released for Part 2, another day in the Dark Equestria and only one of many that, perhaps, will be worse than any other days before:

"The Sky is Gone" is finished. At least the first part is. There is more coming, in a week from now, with Part 2 "The Sky is Gone: Epiphany".
I have just released the final messages in "The Sky is Gone: Epiphany" on my Patreon account. I am not going to spoiler them and tell you what Silverstream's messages of this day contain, other than that she has finally reached her home, but if you don't want to wait, why don't you subscribe to me on Patreon?
So, yesterday became unexpectedly filled with activities that I could not avoid, which means the release announced for yesterday unfortunately has to happen a day late. Nonetheless, we are here now.
"The Sky is Gone" is back! The release of Silverstream's found footage messages continues where they left off at the end of January, Rumble and Silverstream are trapped underground while a mysterious, gigantic monster makes the surface a dangerous area. But what happened after that?
You're only one click away from finding out:

Lately, I have some slight problems with sticking to my daily schedule, writing and otherwise. I still managed to release the updates for "The Sky is Gone: Acceptance" here and on Patreon on time, but for a couple days now, I notice that I have worsening time management problems. I sleep longer for no good reason, I start writing later and later and a task I had planned, cleaning my Cutie Mark Crusaders plushies for a "Ponies Around the World" trip that will happen soon, as well as cleaning my
On Saturday, "The Sky is Gone: Acceptance" has concluded on my Patreon account. And like the last time, when Part 2 "The Sky is Gone: Epiphany" concluded there, Part 3 has yet to do that here on FIMFiction.net. The final messages of it will be released here on November 21st. If you don't want to wait until then, you can read the finale of "The Sky is Gone: Acceptance" right now by pledging only 1$ on my Patreon.
The first new messages have just dropped. Silverstream is back to tell you about her survival in the apocalypse without light.
And if her messages interest you so much that you want to read her newest ones at the earliest possible moment, check out my Patreon account and pledge only 1$ to read them 10 days earlier than everyone else!
The eternal darkness is here. There is no sun anymore, no moon and no stars. Everypony is gone. Every animal as well. The world is empty. Monsters prowl the streets. And Silverstream is in the middle of it all. She only has her mobile phone and her own voice to keep her company.
How do you survive in a world that has gone completely dark, where everything tries to kill you and your only glimmer of hope is the electricity that charges your phone?
