Soo, I saw the MLP movie... · 11:57am Oct 3rd, 2017
The real MLP movie. I don't care how much Syeekoh thinks Adagio's hips don't lie, Equestria Girls is never going to be a good movie series to me.

"It was the year of fire..."
"the year of destruction..."
"the year we took back what was ours."
"It was the year of rebirth..."
"the year of great sadness..."
"the year of pain..."
"and the year of joy."
"It was a new age."
"It was the end of history."
"It was the year everything changed."
“The year is 2017.”
“The place… right here.”
This episode continues in an unexpected way after the end of last week's episode. Last week, I said how it shows that Twilight has really become like Celestia when it's about putting ponies on the right path because she did that with Rainbow Dash and that she is truly ready to rule Equestria. After this episode now, I'm not so sure anymore if she is ready and I'm questioning if Twilight will really be a good ruler for Equestria.
This episode gives me a huge "Apple Family Reunion" vibe, already at the beginning when we see how early Applejack woke them all up to get ready for the confluence, which makes me really nostalgic and choked up as it reminds me on Season 3, when My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic was still young.
