Films with Faceless: Hey Arnold The Jungle Movie · 5:46am Nov 25th, 2017

If I were to describe my thoughts on Hey Arnold the Jungle Movie in a single word, I believe the best term would simply be.....Satisfaction. I feel that perfectly articulates my thoughts and probably the thoughts of anyone who sees this movie. Even though anyone will also tell you the movie is flawed, at the end of the day, after 15 years of waiting, I can safely say that I feel content after watching this film.

I've seen The Amanda Show takes on Blockbuster . . . · 5:25pm Jul 20th, 2016

. . . and they're pretty funny. I like how the references to that company (which Viacom co-owned with Nickelodeon at the time of their taping) are spot on. According to this guy, there are aspects of the Blockblister operation that are hardly that far off from aspects of the real Blockbuster based on his own experiences:

The first Blockbuster stores had a much bigger selection than the independent video stores, but I only rented from them if the movie I wanted wasn't available anywhere

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem: The Best TMNT Movie!!!!!!! (My thought) · 6:53am Aug 4th, 2023

I recently watched Mutant Mayhem and all I got to say is... All hail Seth Rogen! He and all of the fantastic cast and crew brought an awesome TMNT movie!

What makes this movie different compare to other TMNT movies or shows is that all main 4 TMNT turtles are voiced by actual teenagers and you are convinced that those turtles are teenagers and what did they do are more fitting in this 2020s than 80s or 90s.

Wayside (TV Series) Review · 1:51am Sep 3rd, 2021

My sister used to read the books that this series was based on to me as a kid, way back before I was old enough to read anything more than Hop on Pop or whatever. So I liked those books, I'd like to go back and read them sometimes, but I remember them being very funny and witty. So back when this series came out, I very much disliked it, because it's just a pretty different thing than how I remember the books. This is more of a silly and random-type comedy cartoon, whereas I remember the books

But it's still regarded as one of the BEST cartoons of the Mid-2000s! For obvious reasons, I've loved this show since I was 7 and I still love it!!:

Of course the sequel is just as awesome!:

(I intend to buy this at PDQ Records on July 28, 2016 provided it still is at PDQ. I already have this but with no case.)

The opening to this tape has a preview for various Rugrats tapes on VHS that were available at the time (of which I still don't have Phil and Lil: Double Trouble) - note that at the end it says, ''Available Only from Nickelodeon!''

So, today I'll be giving you all the seventh installment of my "Christmas Craze" series by reviewing "It's a SpongeBob Christmas".

This primarily for those of us who grew up in the 1990s · 9:31pm Aug 27th, 2016

You know the time of the original Toonami, a time when Fox and USA actually aired children's programming on the weekends, and of course, Nickelodeon was in its Hayday. I recently found this video

and that got me thinking about that great time when all these amazing programs would be around before we entered into an entertainment dark age where everything seemed to backslide or not progress for almost a decade. Shows like Adventure Time, My

COMMENTARY: Oh boy . . . · 11:02pm Sep 4th, 2016

Nickelodeon has a new show out, something called the Loud House. If I'm to believe various sources, this cartoon about the only 11-year old boy in a house full of 11 kids is apparently a favourite of a fellow FIMFiction user and has become Nickelodeon's biggest runaway new hit since SpongeBob SquarePants.

NOTE: Although I saw the film (and wrote its review) today, I wanted to do something era accurate as I always write my reviews. This film was theatrically released December 17, 2004 and I stylized my review to make it look like it was written on that day.
