Hey there again, Guys! As per the usual, I’ve gone and done another review. However, this time it’s a little more close to home with one of my other stories. That being a Kingdom Hearts review. So let’s sit down and check out what this story has to offer.
Been awhile since I made an update, partly due to my job.
With the 4th of July approaching here in the US I’ve been busier than ever at work trying to get things sorted. Sadly this has had the additional effect of draining me week after week, so sadly progress on Chapter 10 has been slow going.
Hopefully once all this holiday madness is done with I’ll be back to my old self! It’ll just take some more time is all.
Hey, all. I hope you're all managing okay during this ongoing pandemic. I've been really busy enjoying the new Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Rescue Team DX on Switch and trying out Animal Crossing for the first time. It seems now that Vertigo22 won't be able to continue being my editor due to life and stress and all that stuff. Luckily he asked his friend to take his place and he is finally caught up. I thank Vert for his help, however short it was, and for helping me find a new editor/pre-reader.
Regardless of whether you loved or hated Magical Mystery Cure and alicorn Twilight when you first saw it, it was still the Season 4 premiere that followed (Princess Twilight, Pts. 1 & 2) that made the overall story viable in the long term.

Unfortunately I also don't have a lot of time as I write this, so I won't have too much to say for this part this week either. But I will say that it's pretty slice-of-lifey, in a way, chronicling Sunset's continuing fun on the Enterprise and Twilight's at the Academy.

Well hello there strangers, It’s been a while since we spoke last!
Life has a funny way of blindsiding you, and I’ve been trying to get back to some normalcy for a while now. Between family trips, holidays and work I think I’m finally getting back to that stability. Holy crap this chapter took more work than chapter 8, despite being like half the size. I used to have this nasty issue of glossing over something that I didn't feel like explaining at the moment or planning on explaining later then forgetting. I didn't take good chapter notes as I went along.

Honestly, there wasn't a whole lot wrong with this chapter. Mostly some bland descriptions and not setting the mood properly.
Okay this time I admit I abused the "I did this..." rule a tone. There were other random sections where I knew I had a purpose for them at the time, but after rereading it, I had no idea what they were reffering to. I spruced up some of the descriptions, as a lot of it felt kind of...basic. I added in more emotion and tried to really drive home hoe the current predicament was psychologically messing with the Taraskans.

Aaaaand there we go! This chapter was a little more tricky. I had some confusing numbers in the squads and made some writing errors. Also there was some context confusion about who was doing what. not sure if anyone noticed or cared, but I did. Tried to make it a lot more gut-wrenching and heart-breaking.

Okay so my ending plot points are just...super messed up and I have to fix them. There's a lot of " Situation A needs to happen so person B can save person A, but person B can't get there until situation B and AAAAAAAHHHHH!
I thought I had resolved this, but when I started writing the chapter, I realized there's a few vital details I missed and changing ONE changes like three others so I'm taking time to figure it out.
