It's been a full year now since I became a brony. It's been such an unbelievable journey, I don't even know what to say.. I'm just so happy I found it! The fan music, the stories, the readings, the art, the show itself! The God damn FLUTTERSHY!
The title of this is more to give you readers an idea when I wrote it, rather than a commentary about chapter 5, although there will be some of that here as well.
Blackbird and Birdie team up to try to understand why Bronies still get a bad rap after all these years.
Nine years ago today, Friendship is Magic premiered on The Hub, and, in doing so, opened the floodgates for the massive fandom and devotion that was to come. Now, the series will end this Saturday, but we can still look back fondly on all the good times... and make plenty more, because knowing this fandom, we aren't going anywhere!
Have a great day, everypony!
Maybe I should stick with creating videos on YouTube. These are much more fun for me anyway. Here is my latest immersive commentary on the episode of Canterlot Boutique and I reveal a bit of my past as it relates to this episode.

After seeing this episode, I cannot believe I am jealous over a straw! A gosh darn STRAW!!
What other morals of the story can be derived from the episode beside, "don't let others define you."
Will I get a hoofsies from the Countress!!
Which was your favorite song?
How did you feel about Amy Keating Rogers' last episode for the show?
Enjoy! This is my review of the episode Praising: Mane Attraction
Okay, this is from back in August of 2020, so it's old. But I came across one of DakariKingMykan's rants about the MLP fandom. And I took notice of just how many of his points are not factual. And as I rip off Rationality Rules' intro, this is Debunking "The Toxicness of MLP's Fandom".
Okay, god… that was a pleasant break from that. So, where were we?
In our last episode, Rarity wasn’t Rarity and everypony was an idiot. Death happened, and death happened, and then death happened some more. The author simply copypasted the show into the fic, then used a tired cliche twice. And then death happened again and Twilight forgot about it.
A good friend of mine has a house that's about to be condemned tomorrow. They've been trying very hard to get $1687 to prevent their grandparents house (where they live) from being condemned. in 3 weeks, they've managed to get over $1100 and has included money from selling some of their own possessions as well as donations from others. This leaves them with about $560 left they need to earn by the end of today.
Here's what is happening in their own words:
To my great amazement, I have reached and surpassed the 100 followers milestone. Everyone who followed me for whatever reason: thank you very much! I hope I will be able to deliver more enjoyable content for you in the future.
Now that I have that many followers, I have decided to unveil a small mystery: how I became a brony in first place. I haven't talked about this here, AFAIK, so I don't think I'll repeat myself.
In all seriousness, who did it better?
And now for something completely different

Steampunk holds the prize as my first OC. Or, rather, a draft of him.
Steampunk was originally named "Gear Head", I had made him to impress this Pegasister I had a crush on. Gear Head was grey, with a blue "mad scientist" sort of mane and no tail. His front left hoof was replaced by a robot leg. I, of course, had no previous experience with MLP and in fact was not even a Brony at the time. I kept Gearhead in mind though, until years later. When I first watched the show.
Hello, I'm The Cynical Brony, and it's my one year anniversary on the site!
One year since I discovered this wonderful site, with so may fond memories. We've had our glorious ups, our depressing downs, and our wonderful experiences meeting each other! It's been a fantastic year, and here's to another! :D
What would you guys like me to do as the special?
This has been stuck in my head for days, and it still hasn't gotten old.

Been here over 3 years, and never posted a blog. So of course, when I do, it'll be this topic.
The fandom is dying. Rapidly. I've seen no less than 6 artists on Deviantart say that they can't focus on just ponies anymore, because they no longer make enough money. Most notably is SilverSlinger, who likely isn't going to be making custom jewelry at all anymore.
