First things first: In case you missed it—which I've tried my hardest to prevent—Colony is now available for pre-order and will release on November 11th! It's here, it's ready to be read, and it is awesome.
Which, since Colony has been the end-all-be-all of my last few months, begs the question: What now? After all, Colony is done, it's coming out ... so now what? What's next?
Time to end the Siege of the Crystal Empire. It's been a bumpy ride, now will it crash and burn and achieve lift and soar majestically?
Due to my internet being so bloody slow that I can't watch the premiere episode or heck, any video at all... I'm missing out on the Season Six first episode here! 
Well, the anticipation is almost tangible. Two days, folks. Two days until Shadow of an Empire is out!
Which means, naturally, that I'm already working on my next project. Which is, some of you might ask? Especially those who don't really follow along with things?

You might have noticed I've been quiet this week.
Its been ready for a while now, but I went on holiday before posting and the hotel Wifi was being difficult. So sorry for the delay but I hope you enjoy the next chapter.

It's alive! Well, undead.
But I have finally written another chapter. I wanted to take a break from Family and do something else to get my creative juices flowing. I found the plan for Tomb Kings and decided to write that for a bit. I might try to do alternate chapters of this and Family or focus on one for a bit and then another I'm not sure right now.

Long time no blog. Been writing a lot, been busy with work. But I've still found time to read. And what better thing to blog about?
I recently finished Mistborn: The Final Empire, the first of Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn trilogy. I avoided it for a long time: as a fan of Sanderson's writing, and because of the sheer number of book in the series, I knew it would take up a lot of my time.
I'm not going to do these chapter release updates for Alone every time a new chapter comes out, just the first few. With that being said heyo, chapter 2 is here so go read it now!
After a few months, we have finally got Episode V of my Star Wars series up. New characters, new locations, familar characters and locations, and I'm planning to amp up some of the grim. A bit. Taking a page from Empire Strikes Back, there's gonna be a little bit of dark turns here and there, at least I hope I can deliver on some of that.
