In Harvest Blaze, I'm at a bit of an impasse. It's a minor thing, but it's part of the story, and I'm not sure what to do. I think its insignificance is actually making it harder, as I can't use the situation to determine the who and where. I need two ponies and a location for the map quest. It probably won't come up again, so just pick some ponies and a place, and let me know! The one I like the most will be used! Thanks for your help!
That's right everypony! Today is Scripty's birthday today and we're all so excited~! We're throwing a super special party just for him! Oooh, I can't wait! So in honor of his super extra special day, let's all give him a BIG happy birthday to show how much we appreciate him!
I think that's a great idea, Pinkie!
Yeah! Let's let him know how much he means to us!
The second half of Season Six seems to be doing pretty well, and this episode is no exception. It's about time Fluttershy and Applejack had a team-up (well, there's "Bats!", but they're at each other's throats for most of that) and it's done nicely. 'Shy in particular was great this time around; these writers seem like keepers. The layered nature of the reveal was interesting, though inevitably a little hurried in a programme this length. I liked the fact that Flim and Flam weren't... well,
Horrible title pun aside, I enjoyed this one, despite one character being unbearable almost throughout. The main reason I liked it was that they did something both interesting and believable with Fluttershy -- something they couldn't possibly have done in the early days. I'm currently thinking it's a high three rather than a low four, though there's not much in it. ★★★
More, with spoilers, past the break.
Twilight Sparkle will have been an alicorn for more episodes than she hasn't been one.
Another three-star episode, though in this case it starts rather poorly and gets better. More past the break. ★★★
Guys, I have good news, and bad news.
The good news is that a preview for season 6 has come out!
The bad news? Well... it's the worst thing to ever happen since M.A Larson made the Twilicorn a proven fact... no, even worse then that. It's worse than anything else. Princess Cadence and Shining Armor have had their baby...
This is based on a single watch-through, but I liked today's episode a good deal. It was more successful than several Season Six episodes in blending a traditional FiM feel with modern canon. Actually, the extensions to canon were great; sure, they explode lots of headcanon, but there's nothing wrong with that; it seems to be S6's main aim anyway. Spike's song(!) was nearly fantastic; there were some rough edges in the lyrics (not unusual for this show) but I loved the style,
SInce I was waiting for season 5 and 6 of My Little Pony to finish so that I could binge watch it. I then went on to the 8 episode of the 6 season. Turns out it was a Christmas Episode Parodying/Spoofing A christmas Carol by Charlie Dickens. Since I didn't want to be spoiled, and I didn't watch the movie yet, I stopped watching the episode to watch the movie.
And Watch I did.
Here's the thing, It's the middle of May.
I Watched a holiday film in the middle of May.
Does anyone think that the new season of mlp should do an episode that is a tribute to David Bowie?
Hello folks, i will be dedicating this to my own human version of MLP I like to call the Humaneverse. For now i will work on the inrodutions for the Humane 6 and then move on to the real stories, i hope you like what i write as my writing is ametur at best and I do this more as a hobby then any real dedication
As a real-life racing fan, I was hoping to have a lot of fun with this episode. Sadly, I didn't. I didn't hate it, and there were some nice touches, but too many things rubbed me up the wrong way. It didn't really seem to end properly, either. I enjoyed Ed Valentine's own "Flight to the Finish" way more than this. ★★
A little more, with spoilers, past the break.
Zom-ponies.

Yes, please.
If you’ve followed me for a long time, you’ll know I have a soft spot in my heart for the Alternate Mane 6 subgenre. Stories where the characters we know and love from the show are changed somewhat, if not outright replaced, have a lot of creative potential, giving both writers and readers a chance to explore a new perspective on the same basic outline. And while I could go down the obvious path and try to review the Lunaverse (pretty much the quintessential AM6 series), that comes with
Best Wonderbolts episode ever. Twilight and Dash made a highly watchable team, the guest characters were effective and the pacing was good. For those who saw the UK version, one line was dropped over here, though not an important one: it's a second mention of cider with AJ near the end. That doesn't affect the rating, though. This was the effective season finale for us in the UK, and I'm very satisfied with it. ★★★★
