Hello. You do realize my group tis older jah?

Hello Everyone! I'm so happy to see a group like this here. I was diagnosed with Aspergers, now known as high functioning autism, at 16, fairly later than normal, but I couldn't be anymore glad that I know now. Emotions are still hard to figure out, I'm still learning. That being said, I hope to be a part of the group.

I joined this group last year. I was diagnosed with autism at the age of 4.

Hello. My father almost certainly has Aspergers, his father definitely has Aspergers, and his father might have Aspergers as well. At 14, I have a therapist and he believes I have Aspergers. I scored a 30 on the Aspergers test although when I tried again, answering it the way I thought I might have answered it at age 8, or rather, how I WAS at 8, because I had a lot of misconceptions back then, I got a 37. Now the test may not be perfectly suitable for children, as in normal children of that age might get a 33 because they are still learning social skills, I'm still fairly sure that I have Aspergers, especially when my parents and teachers keep saying I'm one of the smartest of my age but I just don't care enough to get good grades in anything but the tests, because tests are so easy. My dad also mentions how I am able to solve puzzles faster than he is, like the puzzle, "A logician comes to a fork in the road. One road leads to a village of liars, and one leads to a village of truthtellers. He sees a native on the side of the road and does not know which village he is from. By asking one question, he knows which road to take to get to the village he wants." The answer to the puzzle is double negative. "If I were to ask you, 'does this road lead to the village,' would you say 'yes'?" is one answer to the puzzle. There are multiple solutions, just include a double negative. Where the truthteller would tell the truth twice, the liar would lie twice. Double negative. I was able to find it and my dad had to search it. And he has Aspergers and is a programmer. He was a Sys Admin at one company and he also makes programs to automate procedures, so that people don't have to do them. So I'm fairly certain I'm an Aspy. It also makes my terrible writing make sense, and why Revising/editing is easy but reading is hard. I really should change my username, it just doesn't fit.

I was diagnosed a few years ago

377814 Nah, it's okay! :pinkiehappy:
It was just a guess anyway! :pinkiehappy:
Though it's pretty much correct!
I mean, look at the context... :yay:

377813 Oh yeah. Doi. :derpytongue2: Sometimes I'm stupid.

377675 Alright, thank you! :pinkiehappy:
Sounds like a good story to read.
I'm starting to think it means Ponies on Earth. :pinkiehappy:

It's... :pinkiesad2:
I... Thank you for making a group like this...

370967 HIE stands for Humans In Equestria. I actually have an HIE fic titled The Needs Of The Many that I posted on the group page under the HIE folder. As for POE, I have no idea what it means, but I reckon it stands for "_________ Of Equestria" and the ________ begins with a "P". But what? Ponies? People? Platypus'? Anyone?

372189 I personally don't have a problem with this. Welcome.

I was first diagnosed with Asperger's when I was 19 about 3 years ago.

Mild Aspergers and ADHD. Escapes real life using the internet.

I've had Aspergers for as long as I can remember. I became aware of my diagnosis around Middle School age, I believe.
