This is a sequel to both My Boyfriend Pip, and A Different Kind of Ending. The two stories share continuity with this story.

Twilight Sparkle has been put in charge of watching over Cozy Glow, who now permanently possesses the power of Grogar's magic. Twilight is determined to prove that there is no foe irredeemable, so she decides to show Cozy the wonders of magic, and offers her a chance to show off her magical prowess. However, so much time has passed since Cozy was a regular member of society, that reintegrating into the normal life might prove challenging, and may not be possible. At least not without the help of somepony who's gone through something similar. Meanwhile, Twilight must come to terms with her new role as Princess Celestia and Princess Luna's successor.

If you could peer into the future, and see the exact cause, and time of your demise, how would that change your life? What if you saw the future and learned that that day was today? That's the dilemma Cozy Glow is faced with in this alternative version of the Ending of the End. In a dark twist, she uses Discord's chaos magic to take a peek into the future, and catches an early glimpse of her devastating defeat. Is there a way to prevent this horrible future from coming to fruition? Or is Cozy destined to an eternity of suffering? What does it take to make the change?

Golly, that foal sure has been acting awfully nice to me lately. I wonder if he'd make a good king to sit by my side on the throne.
Love is in the air at the Ponyville schoolhouse after Cozy Glow starts volunteering to teach the students about Twilight’s school. The filly becomes the apple of several ponies's eye, but who has time for pointless antics when there is power to be obtained? Right?
