Never been to a convention party before and don't know if/when I'll have an opportunity again, so I'm at least quite interesting in strongly considering attending. :)

(Really, so far it seems I've mostly only even found out about off-official-schedule things after the convention's already over. Not always actually a bad thing, given some of the things I did find out about and was glad I wasn't involved in, but still.)

Also I noticed you host your own website? Is this some sort of trend to self host images? I've noticed several people doing the same -- I personally just rip direct lh# links from google drive and embed them for free file hosting

Neat; yeah it's a bit of a pain to graft raw links as well as non expiry tokens because of 303 resource hiding. That and you don't have to obey the arbitrary whims of a cartel-like corporation
