Hey pones, just here to announce a new story!
I've got a bit more to say about this one than I have about many. This story is a sequel to Steel Solstice, but it isn't just that. For the longest time I've thought about how to revise Harmony Defended to incorperate some of the canon of my expanded and rewritten, three part version of My Little Apprentice. In the end, I decided an exhaustive revision would be way too much work to be worth it, and would take away from the other stories I wanted to write.
Well, one of my editors, Two Bit, pointed out another solution. I could write a new story and use that as a companion to Harmony Defended, and bring everything together into one place. Feel free to read Harmony Defended first if you haven't, then come back to this one. Or, if you don't care about being spoiled, feel free to start in Sunset Campaign.

Harmony Defended is next on my to-be-read list... but I've already read Steel Solstice! I'm really glad that there's more to Sunset's story... but I think I'll go through HD and sequels first. That should work, right?

Yep! And by the time you finish, assuming you take a week, this one will be about 50ish thousand words on and be closer to reconciling the two stories.
