Hello everyone!
It's been quite a while since I posted a blog, and I'm sure most of you have been wondering what's been happening. Well, I'm going to be telling you.
New Schedule for Noire
I've been hard at work at my new job as a corrections officer. I was recently hired for a permanent position (as opposed to the temporary position that I've been working up til now) at a different facility; one of the perks of this position is that I'll be working a five-day work week instead of a six-day work week, and I'll have every Monday and Tuesday off.
Because of this, I have decided to change the schedule for posting chapters for Ponyville Noire. I may decide to delay the chapter for this week, and the next chapter will be posted on Monday the 16th instead of Friday the 13th (how lucky!). Every subsequent chapter will be posted on Monday. I hope you're as excited for this as I am!
Raven Hollow 2
Some of you might be familiar with a short, little-known story of mine that I wrote a year ago: Raven Hollow, a second-person mystery fic with riddles and puzzles for the reader to solve. I had always intended to write a sequel, but never found the time or the energy to focus on it.
But thankfully, it turns out that I didn't have to. One of my closest friends on this site, as well as my long-suffering proofreader and fan,
Magic Step, has written a sequel! Raven Hollow 2: The Riddles of Blackmoor features the ongoing adventures of yourself as Rookie, fledgling private detective, and puzzle enthusiast, piecing together riddles in an attempt to solve a new case and come out from underneath the shadow of the Court of Ravens. Now that the serious stuff is out of the way, let's talk about some fun stuff.
First of all, I wanted to show you a recent commission of mine by AnxiousShadowPetals on DeviantArt of some of the major supporting characters from Ponyville Noire!
Top to bottom, left to right, we have Trace Evidence, Red Herring, Doctor Suunkii, Prowl, and Bumblebee.
I was really excited to get this commission done, and to share it with you! If you want some art, give Anxious a drop by, she's a talented artist and a really, really sweet person!
