A Day In the Cookie Court is in the works. It's a one shot. It'll be about Gosling holding court, but with a twist. His petitioners aren't adults and it is all about one of his half-baked ideas to revitalise the government. It should be a fun, short one shot. I don't know when it will be done, but maybe soon. I just finished up some stories so now I am shuffling everything around so I can work on other things.

know i'm not going to go all update them i am fine waiting till you get all the stories you wan done first are done i just want to know if they will update at some point

Solutions is being reworked a bit here and there. It's difficult for me to work on because, reasons.

Ok this sounds promising. I'm actually picturing Gosling with a group of teen ponies that will be the next generation to enter adulthood.
Ohhh this should be... interesting. Poor Gosling will have to reign in his more provocative tendencies around the youngsters.
Will this be set before or after he's married? Cause Celestia seeing him interact with all those foal/teens... well me thinks she's gonna want his attention afterwards.
As for the court it's self hmm. They'll have honest opinions but backed with either little fact or a lack of working government knowledge. On the flip side however they may come up with unconventional idea's that an adult might not have considered that could be worked into existing laws.
The old Night Court sitcom holds a special place for me, and I have long thought about making an episodic story inspired by it, where Luna starts holding her night court in Manehatten.

I have this mental image in my head of Gosling commenting that there are no petitioners while munching on a gingerbread golem and someone looking at him in horror while he is oblivious.

This idea seems half-baked.
"Hello, my name is Cotton Candy and... Are you really a prince?" The little foal peered at Gosling's paper crown and the little flecks of glitter flaking off it. "Don't you need a horn to be a prince?"
"I'm a special prince," said Gosling, spreading out one wing and running a hoof through his mane. "On account that I have such pretty wings."
"Oh," said the little foal. "That makes sense. Anyway, can you make my mommy and daddy let me stay up later? They send me to bed at eight every night, even when I don't have to get up early the next day."
