I needed a nifty political party symbol-type thing for the Lusus Naturae my headache voice swears she's the mother of/rallying for some revolution against the socially untouchable - yannow, those blokes that fund Trump to run for president because they have so much damn money that they don't care either way what happens? ... wait, that IS a headache voice rant! Imma gonna save this for later, if you don't mind.

The Latin motto translates loosely as, "learn to honor the blood of fury". Sounds legit! I love it, either way. I hope you guys do too! EXACTLY! I was looking up uh... bad symbols. Because I am a bad person. I found existing artwork that minced MLP visuals with olde German graphics, and uh ... I made sure to go an entirely different character route? No more mention of Nazis, please. I was born in England.

You make an account, and then there's a "submit" button where you upload things and add descriptions and tags.
Also "journal"-posts. And subscribing to other people. And favourites and
playlistscollections, except there are no privateplaylistscollections.Basically, not much different from any other social media site in that regard, except for visual art.
There are some enhanced features ( = "Core-Membership") if you pay them so-and-so much money per year,which I did for 5 years until they raised prices, but it's really a matter of if you really need those extra-features or not. And except for two things I'm missing, I don't really need it. If you have Ad-Block on, you'll have to put up with a huge popup asking nicely to maybe consider turning it off (I've had some bad experience with dA's ads in the past), but you can just close it, and it only prompts you once or twice per day and that's it.

Come to think, I do recall flipping through some Deviantart pages and finding there were contributors that literally had one piece of artwork for the years they'd been members... so I guess I don't have anything to worry about. I think the only point when you might be concerned with keeping a schedule is only, if you're doing a Patreon-thing. The moment money gets involved, expectations seem to become pretty high, judging by that whole "Drawponies Tracing Scandal", which personally I found ridiculous.
I've seen a few people getting themselves overworked to the point they had to take a leave of absense from their online life, and that's... "not healthy", or whatever the correct term should be here.
