Over the years I've gotten quite a few questions multiple times, but typically out of focus in the discussion so they never showed up for instance in the Q/A. So in a case of 'why the hell not?', here are some. Feel free to ask your own in the comments and I'll load 'em in if they aren't spoilers.
Q: Who is stronger? Godzilla Junior or Mothra Lea?
A: The two are pretty much tied for being the most powerful of the Defend faction, if they slugged it out it could go either way. Lea has better ranged attacks and defense from projectiles with her reflective scales, Junior is more durable and has better stamina. Lea could try and blitz Junior by constantly spamming beam attacks to try and knock him out, or Junior could try and get in close, take the fight underwater, or outlast the assault to return it. Too close to call.
Q: Was Senior and/or 1954 the father and grandfather to Junior?
A: Not biologically. Senior was the son of the original Godzilla, but Junior is not his biological offspring. If the two were related by family, it was more distant than say, an uncle to a nephew.
Q: How did Xenilla keep control over the Mutations?
A: Simple, Mutations follow the strongest and Xenilla was far too powerful for any of them to challenge 1v1 and win against. And if they ever tried to gang up on him, he had Destroyah, his 'big gun', backing him up. Destroyah was the only one who could potentially beat him but didn't out of some sense of loyalty. That and Xenilla gave her plenty to wail on whenever a mutant got cocky and did try to usurp command.
Q: What happened to Junior's biological parents and does he want to meet them?
A: Given what Doctor Ohmae speculated, Junior's mother put his egg on the island and left it. This was either (depending on the dub, manga, or sub) a case of a parasite egg or coincidence it ended up in Radon's nest. I'd imagine the global Gojirasaur population is incredibly low or had all but died out by the 1990s, given Junior was in his egg mutating for awhile. His biological parents are probably long dead for a variety of reasons and even if they weren't, he has no desire to meet them. He's got more to focus on and to him, Senior and Azusa are his parents.
Q: Can Monster X fly?
A: Through a vacuum maybe, but in atmosphere he can only jump very high and levitate a certain distance from the ground.
Q: Were Celestia and Luna always alicorns in this canon?
A: Yes, though they weren't "born" in the most traditional sense. However even they aren't aware of this. This still fits in with the "It's beyond our understanding," quote in regards to Flurry Heart because their parentage is still unknown. Thus Cadance and Shining's offspring is something they'd never seen before since between their own hazy memory and both Cadance and Twilight being ascended, an alicorn birth hadn't happened in their years.
Q: Will Flurry Heart be canon?
A: Cadance has bun in the oven. She and Shining 'got to it' a bit earlier in this timeline.
Q: Are the IDW My Little Pony comics canon?
A: More or less yes. The Nightmare Rarity, Mirror World, Return of Queen Chrysalis, and FIENDship is Magic (Sombra withstanding) all happened. Sombra's origin is tricky and I'm working on some rewrites to try and patch things back up.
Q: Will the 2016 Godzilla movie be canon?
A: Most likely not. I withhold final judgement until it comes out and I got time to think on it, but based off its tone and history (another 1954 sequel reboot) I have a strong inclination it won't be.
Q: What is the exact relation between the sirens?
A: Adagio and Sonata are sisters, with Adagio being the older of the two. Aria is their cousin and was born in between Adagio and Sonata. Their mothers were sisters. There are multiple reasons why I put it that way, one being that when the "powered up" in Rainbow Rocks, Aria's magic color (green) was far different from the other two's despite all three having a very different body coloration. Plus, added some story telling idears. Given their stage name is "The Dazzlings", I just took their last names "Dazzle/Blaze/Dusk" as stage names they adopted.
Q: Why did Blade Dancer mention she's been with mares and stallions?
A: After verifying this with her creator, she's bisexual. She likes who she likes.
Q: Why did Junior let the guards put him in hoofcuffs and keep him in a jail cell? Couldn't have have just broken out?
A: He could have, but after getting kicked in the face by Luna for a knock out but noticing he was still alive, he figured out something might be up. To try and figure out exactly what was going on, he played along and let himself be restrained for the ponies think they had him held down. If it turned out it was a misunderstanding, they'd feel safer around him and he'd get his info quicker. If it turned out he was in danger, prove them wrong by easily busting out and leaving.
Q: What would happen to non-living things that cross the barrier?
A: The barrier reacted to live signs mostly so non living material like the rocks, rainwater, or debris sucked in with the first six kaiju also came through with them; just broken up and scattered. If say, a truck have been sucked in with them, bits and pieces of its parts would be scattered around across Equestria save for what was directly touching a living being. So for instance if the truck had a driver, they'd come in with their cloths, parts of the steering wheel, and the upper layer of the seat intact.
Q: What metal is Gigan and Megalon's cyborg parts made of?
A: Space titanium and other space metals. They come from outer space.
Q: Why didn't Sunset Shimmer recognize the sirens?
A: They didn't preform any overtly magical acts in front of her, so why would she assume they weren't anything but human? While they had raised her suspicion, she probably wouldn't jump to conclusions and for now assume they were just normal humans who got swept into the conflict.
Q: Why did Grand King Ghidorah taunt Monster X even if he knew doing so might bring out Kaizer.
A: Because Ghidorah is a *********, and he's got a plan.
Q: Was the Night's Rebellion we've seen mentioned related to the New Lunar Republic?
A: It has some influence in the fact Nightmare was still able to try and invade the dreams and thoughts of ponies across the millennium (FIENDship is Magic), but yes I can say the Nights were a bit of a deconstruction jab/parody of the NLR given those guys where the ones rushing me with pitchforks two years ago for not calling Celestia a tyrant and making Luna fallible.
Q: Did the nightmare forces on the moon make Nightmare Moon?
A: No, FIENDship is Magic showed it was the other way around with Nightmare Moon corrupting the moon's denizens into the forces. Nightmare is very much a creation of Luna's conscious decisions and unconscious thoughts.
Q: Why didn't anyone report Enjin and X after the hospital incident especially after Enjin killed two people?
A: This is the town that shrugged off she-demons and (after this point in canon) two very obvious incidents with magic duels, they got a very bizarre weirdness filter. Given the explosion X accidentally caused, security cameras would have been damaged and the hospital probably sustained a lot of fire damage (though thankfully since it was the non-urgent care wing the patients could have gotten out in time), so any deaths might have been attributed to the explosion and fire.
Q: Where is Ki Seong from and why aren't their any other kirins?
A: She's from Carrea, basically this world's equivalent to Korea, hence why she mentioned it's a peninsula near Neighpon (Nippon = Japan). She's a really long way from home, across an ocean. Assuming immigration trends mimic those with say, the United States and Brazil, most immigrants from Eastern Asia or its equivalent here would settle on the coast. Being in Ponyville, she's dozens of kilometers inland. Plus she kinda fled home in a rush...
So you're saying Ki Seong has a dark history...
Will the chapter after the April Fools special, have more appearances from Ki Seong and explain more about her origin? Also, is she an OC of yours or does she belong to someone else like Blade Dancer belongs to Fiddlesticks? BTW, thanks for answering these questions. I liked reading about how Xenilla and Destroyah became a team. Also, it was nice to see about your opinion Mothra vs Godzilla as I've been curious as to whom would win after reading that Mothra killed DesGuidorah when she was born yet Mirror Des Guidorah is considered strong enough to defeat Mirror Godzilla.
3857727 Ki Seong is my own OC and pretty much the only one I made for the story (Gentle Leaf, Captain Blueberry Frost, and Key Ring are also owned by others) and yes we will get some expansion on her besides her mutual attraction with Anguirus.
As for the whole DesGhidorah, Godzilla, Mothra ordeal I write it off as it simply being all three of them are on roughly the same level of power. Hence why the fights ended the way they did.

I HATE the 'Nightmare Moon was an alien parasite' thing. It makes Luna's redemption arc completely illogical.
So I take it the Nightmare Rarity arc was basically Nightmare Moon's back up plan gone rogue?
-If Biollante were to make a surprise appearance how powerful would she be in comparison to her younger "Brothers" or to the other Kaijus?
- If Ghidorah previously trashed the Xillian Planet, why did they have Monster X teamed up with Ghidorah in this Version of Final Wars?
-Like the other MLP characters, when will Spike take Center stage Like with Luna, Cadence, Rainbow Dash and Aria?
-Harmony fought Bagan to standstill, Will Tirek or Discord have a chance to face Terra's Former Gaurdian?

3857840 The timeline and one of the Tales from the Amalgamverse blogs says a version of Godzilla 2000 happened. Unlike the movie, Orga got beamed away by aliens before Godzilla could finish him off, and he's now a member of the alien faction.
King Kong is mentioned in The Bridge: Humanity's Stand.

Not sure. She fought Senior to a standstill but it's up to interpretation of if she was going all out or just trying to hold him off (if Erika was at the controls), and that fight was when Senior was at his weakest. Considering both Junior and Xenilla are stronger than Senior was at his pre-meltdown peak, they would seem to be more powerful; however for all we know Biollante might have gotten stronger since 1989.
Massive cultural shift over the last 370 years and the desire to use Ghidorah's raw power for themselves. Keep in mind the Controller at the time was a lunatic.

Ti-wrecked. Considering Harmony and Bagan are on equal footing and two artifacts derived from Harmony's power, the Elements and Rainbow Power, 1 shot both Tirek and Discord; I wouldn't put the odds in their favor.
3857849 Sorta. Rarity was mostly taken as a target of opportunity to break the Elements of Harmony and keep them from being used against it again (like it did with Luna when she was a bearer). Some dialogue from Nightmare implies it wanted to take over Luna again so there is that too. My interpretation of this is Nightmare is something of the darker aspects of Luna's wants, vices, and craving taken a mind of its own; sorta like a suped-up Tantabus.
3857840 Junior fought and "killed" Orga in 2000. Orga, since it could regenerated, was collected by the Millennians (the alien race it used to be a part of) and used again in Final Wars when said aliens teamed up with the Xilians' alliance to assault Terra. King Kong is still back on Terra.

3857804 Probably because he knows she wouldn't take sides and just wants to be left alone. He couldn't use for for a fight and he knew if he let her be she wouldn't be his enemy, so he just ignored her.
3857759 Mothra wings are a lot tougher than they look. We've seen her use them as blunt force weapons before and they're no more delicate in that regard than a pair of arms are.
While we know nothing of Grogar in the FiM cannon, will there be a cameo of your version of him (if you want him in as a character in your verse) later on in the story?
Concerning Godzilla 2014: Currently you've stated that if he were to appear, it would be in the sequel to this story (though you never said if it would be a supporting role, cameo or as a main character). Has that opinion changed, or been re-enforced?
Final Question for now: Is there any entity (excluding Grogar), that is a match in terms of raw power and strength to Enjin or Bagan in equestria that no character in your verse knows about yet? Just answer yes, no, or maybe for this question to prevent spoilers.

Wouldn't be impossible, given Biollante is a Godzilla/Plant hybrid last seen heading up into outerspace. Not only would there be the natural radiation the sun put off, but her plant half would likely gain strength from the sunlight as well.
Biollante was always an interesting kaiju to me, both because of her design, but also because she's one of the few kaiju to have human in her.
I have a question that just occurred to me:
In Godzilla the Series, the episode Future Shock happened, where the D.R.A.G.M.A killed Zilla Jr. and destroyed most of the world in a Bad Future.
Was that still the case here? Or would the D.R.A.G.M.A have simply not been not strong enough to be that level of threat in this universe?
3869211 Given a vast majority of the events in the series happened in this canon, I'd say yes the D.R.A.G.M.As did exist however given the enormous number of vastly stronger kaiju than the GTAS mutations, any bad future probably didn't happen. The D.R.A.G.M.A.s would be a problem, but having to deal with at least a dozen kaiju as strong or stronger than Zilla Jr., as well as the fact they'd be competing with the gyaos would make them growing in number much harder. Add on the detail that the territorial Mutation faction would never tolerate such an outbreak as well as G-Force/GDF being much better armed in this canon than the TAS military; and you'd have basically every military and kaiju on the planet making certain the D.R.A.G.M.As never flourished. 'Indestructible hide' won't stop you from being physically crushed to death or frozen.
Given she can divide and chase the smaller D.R.A.G.M.A.s anywhere they could hide, I can only imagine Destroyah had a field day. Heck, given her abilities counter regeneration and durable armor, and she can't be physically torn apart (she'd just divide), Destroyah is practically the perfect counter to a D.R.A.G.M.A.
There might have been a brief outbreak after they got released, but it would have been quickly put down with no survivors.
tl;dr - Yah there were D.R.A.G.M.A.s, but not anymore.
