Persona EG: State of the Project (4/8 to 4/14) · 11:07pm Apr 7th, 2016
Hello readers!
Just a few brief announcements.
1. There will be a new chapter either tomorrow or Saturday.
2. I'm rethinking my plans to write additional material for the LTE version of the previous chapter. Two scenes were planned: a Cadance POV cutaway between the end of the battle and the Evening scene, and a sex scene with Twilight, Flash, and Pinkie. For the former, I've killed the idea because I realized how redundant it was. For the latter, I think I'm going to have to wait a while to write it. I haven't written sex in a while, I'm not sure I'm even in the right mood to write sex right now, and it just doesn't seem all that important against the notion of advancing story content, especially with my attention now firmly divided between consistently writing for two entirely different fandoms.
So, for now, that sex scene is out, and tomorrow morning I'll probably format the LTE version sans additional content.
(That having been said, I'm going to try to ease back into writing smut with either an EDSS or EGGW chapter this weekend.)
3. The chapter after next is another battle chapter, and those take longer; I'd like to get it out sometime Monday, but if I don't, then it'll be Wednesday because I'll be out of town on Tuesday and unable to write.
4. The next two chapters after that will probably come out on consecutive days instead of staggered release.
Once we get to the 7/9 chapter, I think the schedule will probably stabilize for a while, with the caveat that I do need to work on other projects, and Zef does have art to do which directly impacts the endgame of this story and his time to work on said art is at a premium.
Anyway, I just wanted to give everyone a heads-up on where things stand right now.
I want to see both of those scenes in some capacity in the future, especially the sex scene. It sounded very promising. Plus, it would be fun if we get one big scene like that before the story is over (I know there was a scene that was kinda like that already, but that was really more teasing and foreplay than anything else).

Anyway, even still, I hope to see the additional content in the future, and I´m loving where EG is going. You are probably one of my favorite authors Myth
I don't mind not reading smut of those three, but I do lament that we don't get to see that conversation. If it'd be too redundant, may I suggest to do the following:
I admit this idea is not very attractive, but for the sake of watching the interaction between Sunset and Cadance, I'd pick this alternative.
