Very few people get that, and I mainly picked it because it fitted in so well, with existing name styles, family backgrounds etc, instead of something like PsstPok the Changling.
Hypothesis: Tuesday is the only day of the week that starts with a hard consonant sound, making it preferred for spoken dialogue.

The thing about Sonata Dusk, is that she is like a crocodile; deadly but stupid (in their original forms, the Sirens probably casually murdered and ate sapient beings). Sonata believes that it is TacoTuesday because she sees a sign advertising TacoTuesday. In the cafeteria, one sees no Tacos at all.
The other Sirens must be used to her stupidity because they neither correct her nor try to explain the cycle of week-days to Sonata Dusk. They must know that it is pointless to try.
