So I was reading a ScootAbuse fic, where the author is totally alright with siding with the Villain of the ScootAbuse fic. Because I pointed out that the villain he decided to have sex with Rainbow Dash after 7 chapters of showing Scootaloo's emotional trauma, and not one good thing about the guy was a bad way to go. Get called an idiot, then get my account blocked by the guy.
I've heard that there are people like that in the fandom. But other than the raging homophobe RealityCheck. I never really came across utter assholes who were like that. Seriously, grinds my gears. Especially since prior to the latest chapter it had potential. Then we get random OC Sex after Dash getting beat by the guy, and this was someone we were supposed to see as shipable material.
Just wanted to vent a bit.

Other than saying random things for comedic effect when bored, I tend to not be a troll or an asshole. I don't have the self esteem to be an asshole without feeling major guilt. My policy is to just be nice to everyone... Sometimes trolls can be funny when they aren't assholes. I also can't stand Scootabuse stories..... unless it is angst and it ends happily.

Honestly the only reason it makes me all ranty and angry. Is that I have had the pleasurable luck of reading fics by amazing people, and not to many comment sections filled with Headcanon nazis. There's a lot of good people here ... at least more than enough great people here to make the fandom worth following.
And yeah, the only ScootAbuse fics I like are the ones where she gets saved, and has a happy ever after ending. Like with http://www.fimfiction.net/story/176227/promises [Great story and sequel. I feel bad for Scoots, but I love the way it turned out. I'll Always be Here for You is one of the cutest stories I read, and one of the most diabeetus inducing stories ever. I am sensitive to feels and must plan accordingly if I am to read those stories... I LOVE Mama Dash... one of the reasons I like Dash. Sure she is tough, and egotistical, but when you get her with her guard down, she lets her inner sap in. I adore Sappy Dash... I will check out promises... unless it turned out I read it already.

That is a dickish reason. Almost as bad as, you can beat your child with what ever you want as many times as you want and it's a good thing, and getting beaten [in a non-BDSM manner between close friends / lovers, in a safe, healthy environment] is a sexual turn on. Seriously though, get a picture of a spider = blocked is kinda really stupid.
I mean I wouldn't block a person for sending me youtube vids of Evil Within [the only thing that has managed to scare me in the last decade]. As long as it had either context of the fic, or wasn't a spam-flood of them XD. Even then it wouldn't be an auto block.

I was scared by Evil Within. Great game just i really don't like the stealth/horror concept. I can handle SOME horror, but the horrible (sorry if you like it) FNAF and anything where you are in an enclosed environment (I don't suffer from claustrophobia) or stealth (I don't like stealth) combined with survival horror is a good way to scare me. I was also terrified of Alien Isolation.... and the Alien wasn't even part of it... I was terrified of the ambiance and moody nature of the background noise.... I actually was excited around the alien... but I had to quit because the ambiance got to me. I was able to play Spooky's House of Jumpscares though (after watching Markiplier play it) and only panicked for two Specimans: 6 and 10.
I can handle Dead Space, Silent Hill (creeped me out, but I was fine) and Resident Evil (if people can consider RE scary) and games like that, but make me defenseless and take away a gun and I panic and scream.

Yes I did, ages and ages ago, but it was great. Seriously, I will read anything with Scootadopt... especially if it is new... I read one where Pinkie adopts Scootaloo, (Wolokai's Pinkanesia Dark Descent Trilogy) Twilight, (Flying High by arglefumph) Applejack ( Apple Family Values by Lapis-Lazuli and Inky J) .. it doesn't matter.. I will read anything as long as it isn't depressing... which is why I have to spend 90% of my time browsing for stories reading comments for minor spoilers as a dark ending upsets me...
I have read dark stories before (How to be Cruel by Erisn, Rainbow Factory (Irony being that it made me like Rainbow Dash... How's that for weird. I
likedtolerate Rarity because of The Secret Life of Rarity and Tarnished Silver... Big Irony there) but I tend to prefer happier stories.If you want a GREAT dark Twilight story... read (Twilight Sparkle Night Shift) and (Canterlot Burglar) That last one is focused on OC's not Twilight though

My brother bought me Evil Within as a gift. So I decided to play it all the way through because it was proper etiquette ... but I had nightmares for the week it took me to beat it, and was the only time I got afraid of the dark for any amount of time (Luna would not be amused). But I'm the same way, give me some way to defend myself I'm all good.
Limit the ammo, make certain enemies unkillable, and terrors that lurk in corners to jump you. And I'm like 'lolnope!'. Although RE games never bothered me [nor Dead Island. I don't like mobs of fast zombies because that's cheating, but those games aren't scary as much as they are challenging].

Have you read the GoldenVerse yet? I'm slowly building for a ScootAdopt, although right now I'm just building fluff and MageAloo [My Editors kinda swamped with IRL though, but work is being made on it], I'll have to look into those fics.
Personally Inspiring Generosity and Green are the only reasons I like fanon Rares [The two you mentioned with the Twisted Silver Series, and The Secret Life of Rarity are pretty good dark Rarity fics.]. What got me liking Dash was The Cupcake Chronicles [super sad and dark, but good], and A Minor Variation [which also has a good Rarity] The later is a good AU Fic.
Best Dark Twilight Fics imo. Grimoire [slow decent into corruption, madness, and evil], and Solitary Locust, possibly even the Hard Reset Universe.

Cupcakes Chronicles is about the only possible way I will read Cupcakes related stuff. It also made like AppleDash... I haven't read the Golden verse yet. Been busy with video games and only rarely read a few select pieces of fanfiction. I did however read your incest is wincest series of stories.... I have been playing way too many video games recently on my PC.... and haven't read a lot of fanfics. I am following a series of Displaced adopted pony stories and a Sunset Shimmer story and that's about it.
If I get around to it I will... don't get your hopes up... I have a long line of stuff waiting....

I've only read two stories of his ("Parting Words" and its sequel "The Great Alicorn Hunt"), so I didn't know that.
On another note, I also love reading ScootaDoption fics.
Although, I personally prefer reading stories that show she already has a home. Especially the more insane ones.

Yep he's a raging homophobe. I can't remember what fic I was reading he commented on, but it was a F/F Ship fic. And he was pissed off on the filly fooler ship, and went on a homophobic rant. And me talking about how there are more females than males ended up with him telling me and I quote [Great Alicorn Hunt] "To go crawl back under the rock I came out of". Before blocking me. Really hate that guy [and I hate, hating things. It waste so much energy, and takes a lot to get me to that level of emotion].

Meh. I still hate RealityCheck with a passion, I mean even if I were to overlook his homophobia, and hatred for non-straight couples (in fics or irl). I still am blocked by him for being not anti-homosexual like he is. Then there was dishonoring me so yeah. I hold a grudge.
As for No Heresy. I never heard of him, but yeah. That's never going to pass. Not with the thousands of fics out there and thousands probably in the works. I mean if somepony doesn't like a fic, there's a nice little 'x' button to click on that'd take that page away from a person. I never got the purpose behind people who hate on a fic without reading it. If you don't like the subject matter, noone's holding a gun to their head forcing them to read it.
