So, my one fic just hit 1000 likes.

And now that I'm done squealing in joy like a little girl, I have something important to say:

Thank you.

I've always wanted to be a story teller, but I've never had much confidence in my writing abilities. It's why I write fan fiction in the first place. Here on Fimfiction, I can put my stuff out into the world and hide behind my internet anonymity. Good or bad, people will let me know what they think of my stories and I can learn what I'm doing right and what I need to work on.

Well, apparently I'm doing something right. I mean, 1000 likes. That's more than my favorite fic on this site. Not many stories get this high, and it makes me feel so... so... joyfully self-confident that I wrote something good enough for that many people to give it a thumbs-up.

Or maybe it's just because of all the references. Still, you have to admit that's pretty impressive for a non-brony, right?

Well, either way, thank you all so much for your approval of my humble little story on the internet, and here's to the next chapter being worthy of your continued interest when it's done.
