Bucky: The plan, as I understand it, should certain nightmare scenarios happen, we take a team of well vaccinated ponies and zebras, and then we do something that will make the world hate us for all of our days. We introduce our enemies to one of the zebra's super-diseases and we commit ourselves to doing the unthinkable. Not my plan, but there are plans made for when we know we cannot afford to play nice.
