Yikes.
Submissions closed now, guys. Thanks for all your entries. I'll try to go through everything this weekend and stuff it into the giant collab story so voting can get underway. If there're any issues with anything, I'll try to let you all know. Just, y'know, remember I'm one guy and with 71 PMs in his inbox right now.

I choked and didn't finish, barely even started
Hurt my back, and couldn't work till the last 2 days. I literally finished my pos story so my opponent would feel like they accomplished something as opposed to writing a story and then have a bye defeat the purpose. I did it for you, what'syourface.
I'm just hoping Obs received my entry. I sent it via PM, but fimfiction's system can be a bit... derpy at times.
Man I finished right under the wire. Hopefully I made it in time. I cant wait to read the entries!

I'm glad I got started a week ago, else I may not have finished on time. As it is, I did submit it at 11:20 or something like that... more of a margin than I usually give myself...
I very much look forward to seeing what the competition has to offer. And of the list of OC's, there are a few I would particularly love to go up against (just because I think it would make for a very fun story). Evergreen, Wind Whistler, Obvious Question, Lilligold, I'm looking at you all.

I submitted mine in time. My real worry is that it won't qualify, for going a little over the maximum word count. It met requirements in Google docs, just barely, but FimFiction's word count inflation was greater than I thought. May Obs have mercy on me.

If you're worrying because he didn't respond, you shouldn't worry about that. I've spoken to a friend who's entered these contests before, and he says that Obs never personally responds to each contestant's submission PM, since there's just such a quantity of them.

As someone who has played that game a fair number of times with the various collabs, I feel ya on the workload. I'd offer my assistance, but I'm participating, after all.
No rush, and congratulations everyone who made it in. For those of you who did not, well, at least you tried something new eh?

It'll be under 120 entries total (that few? I know, right), but the big thing is none will be over 3k unless Obs changes the rules toward the end. And even then, there will be fewer entries with that number of words. :B

Yeah. I'm aware there are some people who have not been able to submit their entry on time. I feel sorry for OBs though, trying to keep track of who defaulted and who submitted what must be an incredibly taxing job.
