So I know many of you wanted to know the end result of my fight with my school. Well, the end result is I'm giving up. None of the lawyers I talked to could help me. So yeah, they win. They completely fucking got away with it. Because justice only comes if you have more money and power than the other guy.
Well, at the end of the day, I guess I'll move on at some point. Hopefully soon. I mean, yeah, this is just exhibit F in a long line of people who have been pulling this kind of crap all of my life and completely getting away with it, but hey, I'll win one eventually, right?
So I'm leaving my school for a year to get my head on straight. I'll focus on getting healthy again. That should mean more updates. Also, I'm gonna get a Ball Python named Babou!

Oh, and then when I did go to war with the Ottoman Turks, Fluttershy denounced me because I was "too aggressive", though Twilight didn't seem to have a problem. At least, until I took Istanbul and she only got one of the smaller towns. Then, good grief, with only one more Turkish city left, Twilight and Fluttershy make peace with the Turks, leaving me as the lone jerk fighting them! Now I'm a warmongering dictator for honoring a treaty I made with the two of them.
As a result, within two turns, the Crystal Empire, Fluttershy, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Bismarck Germany, Catherine Russia and Elizabeth England all declare war on me, as well as all of the city states that are allied with them. This is on top of the war I have going on with the Ottoman Turks. I have to scramble to ally with Warsaw, Venice, and Hanoi so I'm not going it alone. Twilight flips me off by taking Istanbul, which I KNOW she wanted all along, the sneaky wench, and England crushes Hanoi very quickly. Pinkie Pie was the only one who deemed me safe to be around. And I have to be wary of barbarian forces, too.
Civilization V, man.
I only played Civ IV and that was years ago, you can still try to make the great wall in the V? Too bad the lawyers could not help you

Sucks to hear that man, but sometimes you have to pick your battles and realize when something is a lost cause. One possible easy to get back at them though, have you tried talking to any news agencies about this? Either print or television? If you can find a sympathetic reporter, you could potentially get a nice smear campaign going against them. Or at least force them to defend themselves to the public.

If you wish, you can tell us the name of the school and we can spread the word thru the net what a dreadful school it is, esp. in regards to discrimination and encourage others to get their education elsewhere.
Have you thought about contacting the ACLU? I mention it because of the possible Americans with Disabilities Act violation, and they do work pro-bono.
