Somedays, I sit, looking at the stars. I muse and wonder. I meditate and reflect. And I find the miracle in a new day of life. Especially since I swallowed so much glass the day before.

Table for Dwayne · 6:43am Apr 3rd, 2015

Okay. So, let me get this out of the way. This is a blog about a reading.

NO WAIT. COME BACK.

Just let me get to it FIRST.

For April Fool's, instead of tricking everyone, I decided to write a joke chapter for my on-going series Table for Two. Maybe you've read it, maybe you haven't. But essentially, it was a crack-chapter, written about rocks, by rocks. And someone, out of ALL THE CHAPTERS THEY COULD HA the kindness of their heart and in the spirit of comedy, spent an unreasonable number of hours turning that into a dramatic play-style recording.

It has the voices, the exaggerated exudings, the dramatic flair, music, and even a couple of extra jokes. For the recorder's purported first time doing something like this, it has all the comedic beats, sound effects, and is altogether a very professional package. The only thing that it lacks is the actual Dwayne Johnson, but it doesn't matter.

Either way, this is a really good thing. It made me laugh, and the last thing that made me laugh was when that cat exploded of diabetes that one time, so I don't laugh easy.

Many, many thanks to Leoshi for this performance. Watch it. Love it. I know I did.

P.S.
From this, also two things. The first is that there is a commonality amongst readers of my stuff that no one knows how to pronounce my name. Let me define this now. It's pronounced Keehhhahehhh aevcfekcjjjj-lohshem-darudesandstorm.

The second is, Leoshi, if you're reading this, I heard ya, and, well, we'll see. No promises, but we'll see. :moustache:

Sandstorm! Yes!!! :moustache:

(That came out a depressing number of years ago, didn't it?) :fluttercry:

Thank you, Kite-soup-sama!

Seriously though, it was a pleasure. A lot of work and experimentation, but a lot of fun.

I don't listen to many of these, but I really enjoyed it. It's interesting listening to a story. The music really does add stuff.
