I have a number of ideas in various degrees of progress, so I thought I'd ask for some help in deciding where to focus. Feel free to chime in, folks.
Blogs:
• An analysis of pony sexuality, the bizarre geometry of the Linseed Spectrum, and why it's all Discord's fault.
• Why I don't like it when ponies don't know what their own cutie marks mean, which ties in to why the Crusaders don't have theirs.
• Finally watching and reacting to "Return of Harmony," including a few potential cards I missed on the first pass, including the double-faced Innocuous Boulder/Tom, Soul of Continents
• Tribal paragons and iconoclasts in the Mane Six, as alluded to in FiCG: Family Appreciation Day
Stories, with working titles:
Appellation Mountains: The Great and Honorable Spike the Brave and Glorious is invited to the first Crystal Ball in more than a millennium. Twilight prepares herself for hearing a grandiose name for much of the evening. She's not entirely wrong.
Anything and Everything: The Cutie Mark Crusaders try to make paella and nearly destroy Equestria.
Bing Bang Bloom: Attaching an alchemical still to a self-propelled quadricycle is just asking for trouble, especially when using one beyond its design specifications. When the Flimflams break down a few feet into skipping town, they find themselves trapped in a hostile market... but they also find a budding genius who may be just as brilliant as they are.
The Eleuwhinnian Mysteries: The Canterlot Crusaders and Sunset Shimmer explain how cutie marks work in their respective worlds. Mutual incredulity ensues amid explorations of alien cultures, religions, and taboos.
Go Froghemoths!: Canterlot High and Ravnica High are the biggest rivals in Hassenfeld County. The upcoming soccer match is sure to make sparks fly, especially after the events of the Fall Formal a few weeks ago.
Meanwhile, at the Hall of Friendship: In the wake of Twilight's new castle—the name of which she's still deciding—the newly appointed Council of Friendship holds court for the first time, addressing some of Ponyville's most pressing concerns.
One Last Job: Rocky's a Diamond Dog whose mouth and paws get him out of slightly more trouble than they get him into. He forms part of the world's greatest crime syndicate, as do Madame le Flour, a griffin expatriate from the Prench Alps; Lintsalot, a disgraced knight of Avalamb; and the genius donkey known only as Mr. Turnip. Their mysterious Boss has come personally to direct their final caper.
Ponies' Verses: Ungula story. A record of planeswalker activity in Equestria before the Mending, recorded in iambic tetrameter by Princess Prudence XXXVII.
Shine Like Rainbows: After the magical duel between the Dazzlings and Rainbooms culminated in an equine avatar of friendship and music blasting the entire amphitheater with rainbow magic, there were bound to be some side effects. Still, no one thought the entire student body would be affected. And playing music isn't always the transformation trigger...
Time and Yuletide: At Discord's prompting, Twilight probes into the history behind Hearth's Warming. The deeper she goes, the more questions she raises...
Seems like I'm a Fan of Most Everything FanOfMostEverything, because I like pretty much everything you mention there.
Favorites:
* The pony sexuality blog. It's a subject that deserves a thoughtful, but not boring, exploration. "Linseed Scale" is a fun pun; I was thinking of calling a similar thing the Mairsey-Dotes Scale.
* Paragons & iconoclasts blog. I've got my own thoughts about this, so I'd love to see your take.
*The Eleuwhinnian Mysteries -- Equestrian religion (if it exists) is another of those topics that deserves good fan (over)thinking, and putting it into story form sounds like a good plan.
* One Last Job -- A multi-species criminal caper where the characters are also figments of Pinkie's imagination? Yes, please.
* Time and Yuletide -- I love what the show did with Equestrian history in Hearth's Warming Eve, and putting Twilight in the position of probing the real history behind the story and the national myth sounds like a recipe for all sorts of interesting things.
Personally, I'm liking these two the best:

I guess Bing Bang Bloom is okay, but one of the working ideas for Technological Progress was Pinkie repairing and then stowing away on the SECS-6000. (Current one is her fixing a downed plane then running off to join the pony equivalent of RAF/Foreign Legion)
I already touched on Hearth's Warming Eve in Shards of Utopia, and plan on doing so further when I talk about the three leaders.

• Tribal paragons and iconoclasts in the Mane Six, as alluded to in FiCG: Family Appreciation Day.- More worldbuilding. I absolutely love this idea, anything that systemizes something draws me in.

Bing Bang Bloom- I love this idea, don't know why. (Well, I do know why- it might tie into Terror Incognita or feeds my general like of Equestria's medievalish setting becoming more modernized)
The Eleuwhinnian Mysteries- Worldbuilding. Also, I seem to like 'meeting of differing cultures' stories.
One Last Job- Likely includes Pinkie Pie craziness, which I love everywhere it appears.
Ponies' Verses- See above link under "Eleuwhinnian Mysteries". Also, poetry.
Shine Like Rainbows- Seems fun and interesting and interesting and fun.
Best story idea to me- Tie between Bing Bang Bloom and Eleuwhinnian Mysteries.

I like all the blog ideas, the last one a bit less so than the others.
As for stories, the ideas I like best are The Eleuwhinnian Mysteries and Go Froghemoths! The latter especially piques my interest because it suggests the possibility of other planar high schools: Theros High (nobody's quite sure how Xenagos got a teaching position there), Innistrad High (probably built on the site of an ancient graveyard), Mirrodin High (recently under new management), Zendikar High (attacked by giant monsters so regularly you could set your watch by it), and so many more!
I'm really digging the Go Froghemoths! and Shine Like Rainbows ideas, especially the latter.
Yeah, I'm no help in deciding what to do next, because I want you to do all the things!

The first two blog ideas really caught my interest and Bing Bang Bloom gets my vote as Flim and Flam always need more love.
Pony sexuality is the clear blog winner.
I'm going to cast the lone vote for "Ponies' Verses" because I am one of those weird dudes that likes poetry. But since that's got as much chance of garnering popular audience acclaim as a Snow-Covered Swamp's chance in Phrygia[1], I'm also going to cast the lone vote for "Appellation Mountains", which I liked in the writeoff, and … man, I sure can pick the unloved stories, can't I.

For the blog ideas, I like the cutie mark one the best. I'm not really sure what the fourth one's talking about but I'd probably skim it and read the other three.
For stories, Appellation Mountains, Anything and Everything, Bing Bang Bloom, Hall of Friendship and One Last Job all sound pretty entertaining. I could do without the story ideas involving the other side of the mirror and Ravinca High though.
The 'Meanwhile' story looks interesting, you could call it First Council or something all important-sounding like that. The 'meanwhile' part implies that something else that's super huge is happening elsewhere. Unless something is

Blogs: I already mentioned wanting to hear more about your paragon/iconoclast idea. I'm a bit curious about your thoughts on cutie marks as well, but that sounds more likely to have something that contradicts my arbitrary and illogical headcanons, and then I'd just have to prove you wrong. The sexuality one could be interesting, but I kind of don't want you to post it because I'd comment on it in excessive detail and then feel embarrassed about it. But if you don't care about me making an ass of myself in the comments (and you shouldn't), any of them should be great.
Stories: A lot of these sound like fun, but I'll single out "Appellation Mountains", which I seem to remember enjoying during the writeoffs, and "Bing Bang Bloom", which sounds like lots of fun. A lot of the others sound like they're building on other stories of yours that I haven't read.

It took me throwing a few multicoloured Canadian bills at Maggle and a whole lot more of me poking him in neck to get it done, but I managed to commission it. Was worth, seeing how great it turned out. You can tell Ferret has a deep seated grudge against shit hawks. And that constitutes as a basis for interspecies romance in my book—the mutual dislike another, different, garbage-eating species.
I think I'll make a blogpost to immortalize this.
Terror Falcon might be contemplative of what exactly is on Ferret's camera.
