First off, sorry for the huge delay. I have been knocked off my feet at work with catching up, lack of sleep due to shoulder and a whole host of other excuses. Now, I was going to wait a bit but I feel I have kept people waiting too long, so before I finish the 'Guard' first chapter, I will post the other two I have.
I am aiming to actually have all three go for now, the re-telling, Solitary Pinion and the as of yet un-named Guard story. I will see how it goes, if I will burn out or not and have to cut back. This will make the chapter updates a little sporadic but will have to see how it plays out!
So, I am posting the first chapter of 'A Stranger Among the Voices' now (when it gets approved after hitting publish,) and will post the first chapter of 'Solitary Pinion' when I get home, this being the pegasus ponification one.
Oh, and the cover art for 'A Stranger Among the Voices' will be dealt with soon, I just wanted to get it up instead of making people wait longer!
Also as an apology for the lateness and waiting for it to be published, have some Ebony!
