I don't re-blog other lemurs' blogs, much. It's not something I want to get in the habit of doing (besides, if I did, 90% of it would just be reposting Gardez's stuff). However, this one dude is a member of Noble Jury, and a pretty good writer to boot.

I'm not here to steal the spotlight. But I will say this. Next time you feel that people are being hard on you for the fandom you enjoy, think carefully about what you mean by that. It's a freaky world out there, and when it truly shows its ugly colors, it doesn't discern what's rational from what's absurd.
Whatever the case, it'd be pretty nifty if all of us could keep our cool like Sir Jake, here.
