TD vs My Little... · 5:50am Jan 31st, 2013
So, I had an idea for a short story involving TD in which he gets home, but after a few months he finds a cardboard box containing, you guessed it, one of the mane six (not Rainbow Dash). Yes, this would be a sarcastic parody of My Little Dashie. So, my question to all of you is 1. would that interest you/be funny or would you see it as disrespectful to the original fic and as such wouldn't want me to do it, and 2. which one of the mane six would you like to see in that box? Again, no Rainbow Dash.
I know that MLD parodies have been done, but so have non-Brony in Equestria stories and we all saw what I did there.
Thoughts? If its a bad/cliche idea, I'll scrap it. It would be a one-shot and thus wouldn't take too much away from the sequel (which I am working on, don't worry)

Well, 1. I've seen FimFlamFilosophy's version of My Little Dashie, so I think short of making a Cupcakes/My Little Dashie crossover fic there's probably nothing you could do now to be disrespectful. I've often though about doing a My little -insert name here- fic, and my mind always drifts to Rarity. Just the thought of her living in a dirty world such as ours makes me laugh.

Although shes not my favorite pony... I would have to pick Celestia. Why? because TD already resents her, and for him to overcome the hatred he feels towards her and take care of her, start to think of her as his child. It would be very... nice.

From what I understand, the reason for the ban is because it was discovered that he had a shit-ton of accounts on the side that he used to pad his stories with favs and upvotes.
776605 Upon doing my own research, it seems that he was banned for several fake accounts that he used to favorite his stories so not only is he a monster for what he writes and is a blight on our fandom, but he had no honor in it either.

Same with the shipping. I'm with you, i don't enjoy it unless it's VERY well done. And usually it has to be only a subplot that ties in with the rest of a story, not be the focus of one.

I did find a well done RarPie once. What was surprising about it was the fact that the ship was done really well, and it was primarily clop, but with a story to it, and done very well. I also found an AppleMac that fits that description as well. (they are quite rare, but when you have a fav list over 450, you're bound to find a few good ones lol)
