Quick update. I have started to do 500 words a day, and that has worked really well for me so far. My hope is my story will be done Sunday, if everything goes smoothly. Then I will pass it along to SoloBrony, who will hopefully use his magic powers of editing to make is smoother to read for you all!

Oof. I know how you feel. I had an accident a month or so ago that was also my first. I wasn't ticketed and the other party was chill about it, but my car spent a month in the shop.

Yes, thank you guys. The other driver and I are fine. I was waiting in line for green light. He came in the other lane down the road ahead of me, and needed to get into the parking lot a few meters behind me. He apparently decided he needed to swing a few meters early.
My car is done, but thankfully it was low speed, so we are both fine, and he was very nice, and we exchanged numbers and information. But I will need a new car.
So all in all, it could have been much worse, but there is nothing to discuss. He is at fault, and he knew that when he checked to see if I was okay.

No, thankfully not. He was polite, and was shocked and embarrassed. Not to mention there were a lot of witnesses, so even if he wasn't, there would be no discussion.
It's a shame the car is ruined now 😕. But at least you are fine, which is the most important thing.

could be worse live in area where they legalized drugs... got rear-ended 3 times 1 summer by idiots smoking pot and/or on other drugs, because the the states policies my insurance has nearly tripled in price.
