Ten years ago, Twilight traveled from Canterlot to Ponyville. It would change her, and Equestria, forever. A year after her coronation as ruler of Equestria, she arrives in Ponyville once again.

In the aftermath of School Raze, Twilight discovers that Cozy Glow accessed student records for evil.

For want of a rainboom, six cutie marks are lost. For want of six cutie marks, six lives are changed. Familiar faces appear under very different circumstances. A Manehattan banker. A Canterlot bureaucrat. A Cloudsdale mail carrier. Through the cutthroat world of finance, their lives will become interconnected.

When your country is several millennia old, the writings of scholars and philosophers and the publications in academic journals could fill thousands of bookshelves. Indeed, in Equestria they do. All academic journals and compendiums of the writings of Equestria's many thinkers have been copied and stored in the Canterlot Royal Academic Archives. As it would take a pony millions of years to read through all of them, this is but a selection of pieces from the CRAA that would be useful to a pony studying various subjects or wanting to catch up on historical or current affairs.

Often I get ideas of how parts of the show and lore connect with something else or with some academic theory or another, and I'll write an academic style essay about it. This is a collection for them. Usually I'll try to keep in canon with the show because it's more fun that way, but the essays are not necessarily canon with each other, though ideas might be shared between them because I'll find they work with multiple tangents.

The sun and moon have stopped moving. The apocalypse looks like it's here as Celestia, Luna, and Cadence are now fighting each other. Derpy seeks the cause of the apocalypse and tries to find a way to stop it.

When flying into Denver International Airport, there are many things that greet you as a welcome to Denver: the marbled purple and white peaks of the Rocky Mountains rising up from the western horizon, the iconic white fabric canopy that covers the main terminal like a huge tent, the crisp, clean air that can leave you short of breath if you aren’t used to the altitude.

But as you leave the airport and head west toward Denver, you get another welcome to Colorado in the form of a statue of a giant blue mustang.  Rearing up on his hind hooves, the 32 foot tall statue is a signature welcome to any visitor to the Mile High City. His glowing red eyes might seem sinister, but he is the standout piece of a great effort to bring public art and Colorado symbolism to Denver International Airport and Denver as a whole.

We call him Blucifer.

But unbeknownst to many, Blucifer is not the only blue horse that can be seen around Denver International Airport.  There is another horse, much smaller, measuring only five feet to the top of her head. She is not as fearsome as Blucifer, but she has many qualities that Blucifer does not possess.  She is fearless, devoted, and is willing to do anything to her job of keeping the skies around DIA safe for travelers.

Oh, and this little pony can fly faster than almost any commercial airliner.

Her name is Rainbow Dash, and she is DIA’s weather caretaker and in-air air traffic control assistant.
