After being called by the map, the Mane Six go an a journey to the Kingdom of Saddle Arabia to investigate the mystery of King Saddle, who got killed in a War, but who exactly killed him is Unknown. The Mane Six have to look for clues all around the Desert Kingdom to figure it out.

The year in 1915. One year has passed since the beginning of the Great War, between the entente powers and the Central Powers.

One Imperial German soldier went to an expedition to Canada, and in Vancouver, finds a portal. Kaisers Wilhelm II and Franz Joseph, along with Sultan Mehmed V and Tsar Ferdinand I all go through this portal, and enter into a world known as Equestria. Perplexed by a world of magical ponies, the Central Powers align with Equestria's Princess, Celestia, and we find out how this plays out.

5 Friends, Comic Field, Train Station, Page Writer, Sky Flyer and Henrietta are notified by Princess Twilight Sparkle to go after Damon, an edgy Alicorn Batpony. Comic and Page aren't convinced, until Damien stole their magic pen.
Now these 5 heroes will defeat Damon, and grant Equestria peace once again.

What if Equestria was on Nirn? The planet that The Elder Scrolls is set. The Mane 6 get lost after a friendship problem and end up in the continent named "The Arena" AKA Tamriel.
This takes lore from all of them, except the travels games "Stormhold and Dawnstar" Although I'm debating Shadowkey and it also takes all the lore from MLP, obviously.
It is set during late Season 8 on the MLP side, and set during the events of Skyrim on The Elder Scrolls side.
