What if Equestrians developed firearms? What if ponies learned how to operate and commit crime with said firearms? Clinks DeLaney is a no good schmuck living in the streets of Manehattan. When he's given a chance to work and earn some dough of his own, he has no choice but to take it. The job he's given, however, is questionable. Hotshot, the leader of the notorious street gang, The Manehattan Hatters, has offered Clinks a position in what he calls: "The Petty Robbery Department". This was the start of Clinks' new life.

Discord has been freed from his stone inprisonment yet again, and this time he has a better plan. He's selected six ponies, the six ponies that exemplify chaos. Grate Jaw, the element of frustration. Hardhoof, the element of violence. Razor Tongue, the element of insult. Whip Around, the element of betrayal. Twist Fang, the element of argument. The most powerful of all, however, is named Dark Heart. The element of pure hatred. Together, they form the Elements of Chaos. More powerful than Discord, more powerful than Nightmare Moon. How will our favorite Elements of Harmony defeat these powerful foes?

Charm Bracer, a socially awkward and quiet pony, decides to leave the city life for wherever the next train is going to. He happens to hop a train that says "Ponyville" across the side. Hilarity ensues as he's quickly introduced by the Elements of Harmony, mostly Pinkie Pie. Charm Bracer hates parties and social events alike, and now this "Pinkie Pie" threatens to join his "I Hate" list. Will she be able to get him to his "Welcome to Ponyville" party? Stay tuned and find out, folks!
