Sombra is using 100lbs. Yesterday I used 107.5lbs for this exercise (the dumbbell handle I used is 7.5lbs). Obviously I'm super proud considering a year ago I had to start this exercise with 3 lbs dumbbells due to my joints. Making beautiful wings wasn't the goal here. The goals were to be able to quickly draw the body, and to draw the wings and mane at least somewhat well and quickly in their proper position and rotation. And of course because I hate myself, I chose some absolutely hard poses for a few of them.
