After his final confrontation with Rais, Kyle Crane finds a strange device, and suddenly finds himself transported to the magical world of Equestria.
He sees it as his top priority to make it back to the Harran quarantine zone back on Earth, to continue looking for a cure for the virus.
But in his pursuits to make it back home, Kyle is confused when he begins to develop certain feelings for a brash, rainbow colored pegasus, of all things.
