The story isn't really that bad. The grammar is decent and all. Though I do have to say that I really am a strong supporter of ShiningCadance. I think maybe Shining Armor is actually a little bisexual.

Where the fuck are your commas dude? There are no pauses there, it reads like a robot speaking.

Interesting, but too soon to give an opinion. I'll watch this for now and see what happens in later chapters.

All right chap Finished chapter 1. First is setting: Out in Ponyville and my guess first was on the out skirts of ponyville near the EverFree Forest, after that The main land of Ponyville probably near the podium near the bridge. Very well on setting not a mixture of differentiated spots on one chapter,no. Now in Character, Since this is a foreshadowed "clop" fic and I have never before came across a coltcuddler version. Usually I stumble upon a fillyfooler but this is different and that this is a soiree of Big Mac' and Shining Armor as the main character so I'm a bit disturbed. But nevertheless, I must critique~. Now on the Witches Hat, It's pretty flat for the beginning of a chapter, But That's Good! it's only the beginning. Now last but not least plot. In this I see that he must simply check the border line of Ponyville and the Everfree and well now a downpour has begun so he finds shelter fairly quickly. and here are the question that arouse while reading.... what is Big Mac' doing in a cottage? Is it Fluttershy's cottage? Why would'int Twilight leave a spare key for her library and finally why does Shining Armor have short-term memory loss on Twilight's friends? But all in all fairly....fine chapter. I expect a bit of an improvement in the next chapter. Good day to you~ P.S What ever tickles your peach~

I'm not for Shining Armor cheating on Princess Cadence(dude, she's a princess and hot by pony standards) unless Cadence either gets off on him cheating(aka she likes to watch), she is okay with it, or she wants to join in. Not going to read, but I am NOT going to down vote.

Sorry, but some characters are just simply off limits to me when it comes to "I think I'm going to be gay now for no discernible reason". Shining Armor is one of those characters. Seriously, even when the show announces that a character is heterosexual (Rarity, Cadance and Shining Armor to be specific), you go and make them gay anyway. Not down voting, but not going to read. I have standards, such as keeping canon and logic in a story.

(I don't hate M/M fics, just the ones that don't make sense.)

Something that's constructive criticism...

Try not to shift between present and past tense. It gets really annoying to read to a lot of readers. Also, try building it a little more than it already is in terms of character and setting and such.

Needs a good proofreading, but other than that...

Ohhh yeah, liking this. Really wish there was more M/M stuff in this fandom. And I don't much care for the 'it's not canon' complaints - fanfics are vicious assaults in canon in general, Shining wouldn't be the first married spud to get some rough trade on the side, and him cheating on his wifey just adds delicious drama potential and naughtiness.

Ya know what? This personally might be the only Male on Male Fic I've read on FimFic, but already I like the idea and am somewhat aroused despite being straight...I THINK at least.
Still, I see no reason to dislike this and hey there aren't too many Male Sex fics here.

I was actually planning on putting a new chapter out later tonight, but then I talked with my editor, Darkwing and I decided it'd be best to go back and correct all my mistakes and even re-write a few part on my previous chapters, mostly because compared to Chapter 11, Chapter 1 was atrocious.
So as of now I'm just editing Chapters 2 - 9 and will probably update this Saturday with a new chapter.

Hahaha thanks for actually showing interest. I just want this story to be as well written as possible and as true to the DMC lore as I can keep it.

And a bit surprised at how shocked some of the readers are that this genre exists. It's niche, sure, but some of my favorite fics are M/M.

I don't read fics like this, and i won't downvote because it's not in my taste. But how in the hell does this happen?

Why do people even try to ship shining armor with other ponies? Not only is he married to the essential goddess of love, who at any moment in time could destroy any chance of him even loving a dude, or any other pony for that matter, the love the two of them had for eachother beat an entire army.

How is it people can openly ship Armor with others and completely forget this? They nerf his love for his wife, nerf her powers over love (which she's shown to use just because she can) and be like "This totally makes sense!"?

That's all, can someone explain this to me? Please? I R CONFUZED!

I really liked this story and I can say I like where this is going. A few points though:
The constant switching between present and past tense are jarring and can get in the way of what your trying to say. Also, the lack of punctuation is very noticeable and pulled me out of the story every time.
All in all it's nothing a little editing won't fix and I'm eagerly awaiting the next chapter If you need editing help, feel free to PM me.
