This was a good chapter and Nightmarity has some very unusual kinks. I doubt that Sunset is overestimating herself as much as Delta suspects. I wonder what Nightmarity's reason is for her distaste for dragons since it seems a bit strange given that she knows that Garble isn't exactly a typical dragon.
I mean, wouldn't the equivalent be ovaries? There's a bit more tubing involved between gamete production and fetus incubation.
Yeah, blasting your Jungian shadow with friendship rainbows doesn't remove the need for therapy. Of course, the catch there is finding a therapist who will believe the whole "turned into a crazed angel of Clarke's Third Law gone wrong" thing.
Not until you explained the plan in full detail. Now it definitely won't work.
Rarity sculpting flesh like clay is equal parts fascinating and deeply concerning. Which really describes most of the story. Let's see how things degenerate from here.

That’s one way of putting it! I’ll let you decide how much of it is her and how much is The Nightmare’s lingering influence within her.
You’ll get a partial answer to that in the next chapter, but suffice it to say that Delta’s reasoning is a bit clouded right now due to her proximity to Juniper Neptune. In her defense, though, she knows only too well how Sunset used to be, and still sees some of that in her.
If you’re referring to when Garble was shown to be a snare drum-beating sissy in a sailor suit (why did they have to emasculate him? ), she doesn’t know that version of Garble. By this point, the only time she’s seen him is when she infiltrated the dragon lands with Twilight to keep watch over Spike. Based on that experience, they’re all brutes and bullies. Perhaps also she was put off dragons to begin with by Spike’s interest in her, as any adult would be (or should be) by the equivalent of a 12-year old boy crushing on them, and trasnferred that distaste to dragons in general--something the human Rarity never had happen, as her first experience with dragons was far better (to say the least!)

My greatest cloptastic creation ever is alive! Welcome back to the story, and hope you enjoy the story climax we’re now heading into.

Yes, they would be, though I let them keep their male abilities as well. You know, the biggest complaint I typically hear about a depiction of sounding reaching all the way down into the balls is that there’s no direct connection between them. This is true, and I actually took some pains to address that here. She followed everything all the way back.
To that end, I give you Lady Delta Requiem. When it comes to her, you can add Bard, Diplomat and Counselor on top of Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy.
That goes without saying in a story like this. You’ll also shortly learn what precautions Sunset took regarding keeping the portal away from Eclipse. She thinks her failsafe spell (to be described next chapter) is foolproof, but see if you can spot the flaw in what she did when you read it.
I have to admit, I’ve just about exhausted my kink stockpile at this point in my effort to continually one-up myself. For that reason alone, it’s time to bring the story to its climax and conclusion. You’ll get one more heavy clop chapter to come, though only half of it will be clop this time. When it launches tonight, see if you like the non-clop scenes of Sunset’s entry to the castle and initial meeting with Eclipse.

I wasn't referring to how Garble was shown in Season 9 which was a rather awfull season. But Rarity should remember that many dragons are less brutish from when Spike was summoned by Dragon Lord Torch. I assume that some of her prejudice from the first encounter still remains.

Ah, yes. I forgot about that episode. Well, after rereading its synopsis to refresh my memory, she probably still didn’t end up with an entirely good impression after everything that happened, and I doubt she gained any sense that they’d be of interest to her sexually. Spike did save her in this episode, but in the end, he’s still too young and at least for now, not her type.
With the human Rarity, she didn’t have any of those initial impressions before the events of Midnight Rising, so she got to see their best instead of their worst attributes up front, as it were. The discussion of dragons at the eventual meeting between these two should be interesting, to say the least. At this point, the dragons have not their memories restored of the events of Midnight Rising and were stripped of their physical changes those events produced as well, but that will change by Nightmare Night’s end.
