When two humans land on a planet with their shell-person companion at the helm, they think they are prepared for anything. Ponies was not among their definition of "anything," however.
So much magical chaos and Discord isnt even having to do anything. Maybe he is enjoying the extra relaxing power?
Some recent discoveries are that of Hafnium based materials, and Zirconium based materials can be used to make near atomically thick silicon logic style computing circuitry. Except Hafnium compounds hold the record for the highest melting points, and Zirconium crystals, in Zircon, so far are the oldest existing minerals found on Earth, formed billions of years ago and recycled at least one through the mantle before being rediscovered at the surface.
Theoretically a graphene hafnium smart sundiver solar sail could be as little as 7 atoms thick, and reach over 10% c from a Sol type star, and a Lot faster from a blue white like Sirius. Brain ships have only been round a couple centuaries though, which means even the fastest sails wouldve gone a couple hundred light years?
So they're getting well acclimated to their new bodies. Something tells us the longer the delay the less likely a perfect reversal can be achieved. Maybe Twilight might have better success voiding magic out in space where it's not nearly so prevalent? Speaking of... To Night Light and Twilight Velvet: wanna go to space? Keep going! ;)
