Nice! Garble will not prevail. RIGHT.....
love the chapter.![:pinkiehappy:](https://static.fimfiction.net/images/emoticons/pinkiehappy.png)
Yeah, because that will totally not come back to bite him in the ass.
Even if he did bring proof of Rarity and Ember fighting to the dragon council, there are two things to take into account. One, what was he doing there in the first place, and two: it's one small fight. That doesn't mean all of dragons and ponies will try to kill each other.
7438628 Well consider this. You have the Dragon Lord, a high ranking dragon who commands dragons for various types tasks, being attacked by a pony. This would be considered assault on a Dragon Leader, and the Council wouldn't take a Dragon Lord being attacked lightly.
7438903 Fair point, but they would also have to take into account that Garble, who is the one presenting the proof, has strong dislike for ponies, Spike, and Ember. Right?
I'm enjoying the story, but I caught a Small typo:
“How would you like to come to the Wonderbolts Academy?” asked Soarin. “You’d meet the other Wonderbolts and I’m sure they’d love to meet the leader of the new alley Equestria has.” should by ally
7438952 I've played enough Ace Attorney to know how to get around this. Anyone who's played it or watched a walkthrough of it should know that the true criminal will always find a way out until they are completely cornered.
7439420 You got me there.
Big mistake: kicking a bunny.
OK, I'm completely coming out of right field with this, and it's simply because it came to me while reading this chapter.
It has to do with this line:
Firstly, how does one actually farm gems? do they really mean mining them, or do they actually grow gems, similar to when Spike aged his Fire Ruby?
Secondly, I get that there are loads of volcanoes in the Dragon Lands, meaning any vegetation would be burned to a crisp instantly due to lava flows. But for the ones that are dormant or no longer active, wouldn't the soil be rich in nutrients and minerals, ideal to grow things in?
Just something that knocked on the old noggin', if it's irrevent to the thing, feel free to discard my comment.
7442134 I actually should've clarified this to be honest. Yes, they do technically mine gems, but I was kind of thinking the same thing about Pinkie's family and their "rock farm." How do you even "farm" rocks anyway? As for the whole dormant volcanoes thing, I actually thought of that; which is why I specified there were only a few of those other farms. However, again I should have clarified, there are a lot of active volcanoes in the Dragon Lands. The few that are dormant are where the fruit and vegetable farms are.
7442336 Actually, now that I think about it, I completely forgot that one of Static Shock's villains was named Hot Streak. I thought it was something else though to be honest like Wildfire. Also, I am aware of Rarity and how bitchy she's being. I will try to cut down on it in future chapters.
7601725 There are a lot of theories in regards to Twilight somehow having an effect on Spike since she used magic to hatch him. Some even say he was made directly from magic and was created by Twilight herself.
7601942
I saw that scene a few days ago an it confused me to no end. Why hatch anything EARLY with magic - That's like asking for a child to be stillborn!
To do that SAFELY, Twilight would have had to feed the being inside the egg (Spike) a literal tonne of magic energy transmuted into the necessary nutrients and stimulation to forcibly grow his body to a state where it was safe for him to live outside it.
Thinking about it, it would probably have cost the same amount of energy to just construct a 'child size' body, grab a soul from wherever they reside when waiting for a host, and combine them.
In any system, that is scarily high level magic. By Bahamut's scaly underbelly, why were they trying to get a child to do that?
