A unicorn by the name of Blank Slate is using his magic to get ponies to do things they normally wouldn't. Little does he know that his actions are being watched from the shadows.
7841853 You should feel whatever yo want to feel. My stories are not meant for emotion coercion, but to present a situation and allow people to come to their own conclusions. To you he might be a wimp, but to someone else Slate might be a man who went a bit too far, realized it, and then felt terrible about it. Both points of view are valid.
Hmmm.. I may be reading too far into this but it seems to me that if it were not in Slate's nature to maim or draw blood then maybe Shorl had a part in his outburst? Not from her physical interference (digging her nails into him) but more taking his desire of control and feeding it with her thought locking abilities. I believe that Schorl mentally forced him to attack her to make a point.
There's some amazing mental gymnastics going on in this chapter.
Honestly, you take as much time as you need. Things take time, and we're all willing to wait for your quality content.
Great chapter, keep up the good work
