Loves to write. Loves music.

A poetic garble of Rainbow Dash's sorrow and loss. I really wanted to write something soulful for the whole brony community, so here 'tis. It's a quick read, so if you're feeling a bit down, just devote a short moment. See where it takes you.

More to come soon! I plan to make a collection of similar stories (been out for a while, but I'm back) Cover art coming as well. ;)

Wow...:fluttercry:
Please, whoever wrote this, marry me.

Confound you and your awesomeness!
Great piece of writing right here. :pinkiehappy:

That was very deep. And I could relate since I've also lost people that I looked up to.

Hey, thanks everypony!
Just wanted to leave a heads up that I'll likely leave an editted & improved version of this piece and plan to add a couple more to the "library."

Favorite part:

"Sitting alone, the rain came, heavier than before, a flash flood. The ponies put up their umbrellas and forgot. But what for those without umbrellas, umbrellas with holes, ponies with holes. They could not forget. They stood in the rain."

A bit vague and rambly, but poetic. It does illustrate how easily people move on, especially those who were more distant in life - the pain is dulled. I've lost lots of people, and am thus well aware that rarely does a single death move the world - No, the world moves on. Apparently this thing we call life is more important. The only time people do make a stand is when they realize "those planes fly over Buffalo" because one crashed in their neighborhood could have just as easily hit them.

They seek to make the pilots better, so the planes are safer and stay in the air like they should. They seek justice, because how could any death be just?
