First off, this wasn't an attempt to call out cloppers as being idiots or anything of the like. This was an attempt to mislead you into thinking it was going to be cloppy, and then BOOM! Random shit. It's a bait 'n switch. This story is mostly supposed to be humor, and the B&S is where the humor lies.

The "Dark" tag is warranted because of the rape concept, which really doesn't appeal to everyone. I put it there as a warning to those who don't like that kinda stuff.

There's a number reasons...

The plot is... Nonexistent and you throw in the Old Spice advert guy like it was nothing.
It's an HiE clopfic. And the clop leaves enough to be desired, too.
The tags just seem... Wrong for this. I saw no need for the dark tag in particular.

I apologize for this, but again, I'm afraid I must reject this from the Library. Don't fret, though. Take what I pointed out into consideration, and try again. We might allow it next time around.

There are two different types of bait-and-switch out there. I'll refer to them as "true bait-and-switch" and "honest bait-and-switch."

This story is a true bait-and-switch. It promises something both in the summary and in the initial execution on which it does not deliver. Some may find it funny, but others will find it frustrating. Granted, everything in the summary can technically be found in the story proper, but it is intentionally done in such a way that readers have no reasonable chance of understanding what is coming.

Honest bait-and-switch, by contrast, strongly hints that something is being withheld from the summary onwards. The reader knows or at least suspects, throughout the entire story, that something is amiss. Even an oblivious reader will, when the switch is finally made, look back on all of the hints in a new light. This sort is less likely to frustrate people because they can see, in hindsight, that they were given a fair chance to realize what was coming.

The latter is like a murder mystery where the clues are carefully laid out so that the audience has enough information to solve the case, but most won't because the clues were well-camouflaged. The former is like a murder mystery where the killer is a character who was never introduced prior to the reveal, and the audience had no indication such a person ever existed.
