"You better get some rest. You have a big day ahead of you tomorrow!" said Ditzy Doo, grinning.

I just wanted to tell you, "pinkish" shouldn't be used to describe her.
I don't think it's a word, and Dinky isn't really pinkish anyway if it was a color.
I'd say "lavender" is a better word to describe it.

From all the comments i see. This is gonna be as sad as "My little Dashie". Which is VERY sad but also good enough that it was planned to have a movie.
If emotions made sound, a scream of despair would be heard throughout the world, heck it'd even go through dimensions into Equestria!
