Okay okay I know I haven't been here in a while but you don't have to act so surprised..
A big quiestion every pony has been wondering is why I've been gone, why it says it's banned and all that jazz. And also why I had to make a new account.
So, out of a rather straightforward desire to see what the fuss was about, I watched Braveheart because it was on Instant Watch, and really, I was bored.
So, let's see if it was deserving of Best Picture.

Today, for the 7th installment of my "Spook Spectacular" series, I'm gonna give you guys my take of "Signs".
Here's the rundown of it:
George Miller's directorial debut is a surprisingly well put together film that manages to provide both great action and great character drama, while also providing a great piece of entertainment.
George Miller's third entry in his iconic Mad Max franchise is possibly the most unabashedly cheesy entry in the series, yet still manages to find its place among the likes of the far more visceral Mad Max, The Road Warrior, and Fury Road. In what was really the first properly budgeted Mad Max film, Miller, and his co-director George Ogilvie hype the franchise up to it's extremes, going bigger, louder and hammier, and in many ways, that's what gives it it's own, uniquely
In my continuing (and very belated) journey through the world of Mad Max, I have now seen the second entry in the franchise, and the one that most influenced the popular image of Mad Max on our end of the globe (the good old US of A).
The film I'm speaking of is, of course, The Road Warrior, which serves as a perfect sequel to the first film. And, in many ways, serves as a flash forwards of sorts to the absolutely awesome Fury Road, which would be released almost 30 years later.
Mel Waters lived in a town which was home to a strange, bottomless pit. The local people would throw their garbage in it (and had been doing so for more than fifty years), but no one ever heard the garbage hitting the bottom of it. Mel eventually came in possession of the land where the hole was located. He did a bunch of tests on it to see if he could find out how deep the hole was. But no matter how many tests he ran, he could never figure out how deep the hole was. The story gets strange

I think Eleanor Roosevelt had baboon arms. I mean I can't totally confirm this and maybe it was just the dress she was wearing but it looked like she had some King Louis length arms going on there. It was almost as if she could scratch the back of her knee without having to reach. Again I can't confirm this but it was just something I noticed before she started reading something from General Washington (obviously this was before he became president).
