The show may be ending, but I'll still be here. I sold my soul back in 2011, little did I know that the only catch was that I'd have to stay in this community until I die. I'm pretty sure that the guy I signed the contract with couldn't even notarize signatures now that I think of it. Whatever, it's been eight years and I'm not risking seeing what happens if I don't do anything pony related for a day.
...of tornadoes.
Aside from a storm warning, there's a tornado watch in effect through five in the morning (for context, it's 11:49p.m. as I'm typing this). Whether it happens or not, I am not looking forward to dealing with the aftermath.
How did it become tradition for Yak cakes to contain vanilla extract in the first place when vanilla beans only grow in the tropics? Very suspicious if you ask me...
Because he needs more attention.
IN WHICH I SAY SCREW IT
I was looking up 80's music for you, then Kyary Pamyu Pamyu dropped a new video. Watch it.
And now everything makes sense. Forever.
Uhhh
So
I write down story ideas, and I either lose interest in the concept after a few days or I think I’m not qualified to write such a story. Also I’ve fallen out of habit of writing at night (which I guess is better for me), so I don’t have the constant writing stimulating me. It doesn’t help that with writing only an outline, I don’t get to stretch my writing skills as much, so I’ve lost my writing knowledge I’ve learned because I don’t used them as much anymore.
PRIMO VICTORIA!
I got bored and I suck at drawing
I'm back, behbeh.
Turns out, school let out like a month earlier than I expected. I still have next semester's stuff to figure out, but I'm hoping this will be the start of an inspired summer of pone.
A little preemptive? Perhaps, especially knowing how inspiration strikes me. Still, I intend to get some stuff done on this website and nobody can stop me!
Been pretty hot lately, I'm just happy it's closer to the end of summer. The air sometimes feels sooo thick, I just rather enjoy a nice breeze than a burning day, lol. I miss sweater weather.
So I was playing Fortnite on my Switch in an attempt to relax (yes it helps me relax). And then I heard a rather loud crack from my left Joycon. My character would now only walk slowly. And I can only get icons to move up occasionally. Can't use Up+B moves in smash barely at all...
So. Um... Anyone know where I can get a reasonably cheap replacement for my left joycon?
My mental health is kind of up and down at the moment. Feels like I take one step forwards and three steps back every time I try to "sort myself out."
One of my cats seems to be sick. He's thrown up four times in the last two and a half hours. Three of those times it was on my bedroom floor.
I deeply apologize to everyone, who was expecting this past sunday for a chapter update, especially shinigamisparda, and to make matters worse, I'm unbelievably busy this week, between work, prior engagements with friends, and college open houses, I'm completely booked. Hopefully I'll be able to get a new chapter out by the middle of next week.
Once again, deeply sorry for the delay.
At last, after 1(0,000) years, I’m free!
Righteousness and superior horseword output have triumphed, and Rider on the Storm lies complete at my digital feet!
And like the titular character, I had a fantastic time writing it.
Now I’d like to take a minute, so just sit right there,
And I’ll tell you a few little behind-the-scenes diddies about how this story was made.
I feel like a lot of people i know involved in the MLP fandom have, at some point or another, stopped watching the show itself. Doubtless they have reasons, good reasons. I think i've asked a few of them why, and they've told me; and at some point i forgot. And that's a bit of a shame, because i might have to start asking them again, tracing patterns, finding connections.
I submitted two and finished one. I have to get it reviewed and approved before I can submit it. Now the only thing I have to worry about is getting good grades.
