For writing progress: We’re doing okay. Getting by. Lot of things are busy in our personal lives, so there’s not much to say here either.

TL;DR: I finished watching all of Star Trek: The Original 60's Series. The 90's series is better. But the 60's one has probably left the bigger cultural impact. And I offend every Trekkie I know with uncultured opinions.

So, let’s go into a bit of detail on this one. Spoilers to follow.
We’d intended for a while to do one on Belle and Inanna, showcasing their talents as therapists. Originally this was going to focus on an entirely different set of subjects, watching them as they went through a typical day, getting to know the characters better in that regard.
Hello my lovely readers. I know it's been a little while since you've heard from me, and not much has been said.
Well, so much for the mini-part of mini episode. This one expanded so much it was practically a regular episode all on its own! 
But it had to be, in order to get everyone in there, as every single one of the senior staff of the Phoenix get to show their face at one point or another.
Finally getting around to writing up my thoughts on this one. I had heard plenty of good things about it from my parents, though I had yet to see it. Finally, we rung in the new year by watching "Galaxy Quest" with dinner.
Let me see that I am not a Star Trek fan by nature. I don't have anything *against* it by any means, but I've never been particularly tempted to seek any of the shows or movies out.
So, while I’ve been working on STR, on the side I’ve been setting up something else Star Trek Related in a game called Space Engineers. A Project Called the Starfleet Search and Rescue Squadron. It’s going to be a series on YouTube that follows some Starfleet Officers as they essentially act like the Thunderbirds of space (bonus points to anyone who knows what Thunderbirds is.) Our goal is to create a story that highlights the bravery and hard work that emergency responders do, while still
Fucking great film, by the way. Never even seen Star Trek before but it was still a 10/10 for sure. It was like The Force Awakens where it had great actors, great effects, was intense and funny at the same time, and had the word Star in the main title.
Also there was a guy there who had a shirt with Spock as the Fallout Vault Boy (Pipboy) on it.
The question was asked, "What Pokémon are sapient?" And then that snowballed into a little creative writing exercise I used to distress on the Federation from Star Trek finding the Pokémon world and cataloging the many, many sapient creatures and intricacies in the world.
I was neer supposed to finish it or even turn it into a story, and yet the completed drafts on the Discord server say otherwise. So I guess I'm going to be cleaning it up periodically and publishing it.
