I played Ghostbusters on the Play Station 2 and Play Station 3 · 5:53pm Sep 4th, 2020

Or at least I tried to. My PS2 has stopped spinning disks completely so I can't play any games on it at all. That being said I have played Ghostbusters on the PS2 before and am willing to share my thoughts on it. This won't be a review of that game, as I can't dive deeper into it right now. But I'm still going to compare it to the PS3 copy that I did play.

Review: The Lives of Others (2006) · 12:50am Feb 18th, 2016

German director Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck's debut feature is a startlingly assured and intimate film, quietly and effectively creating both a subtle morality play, and an enrapturing character study within the oppressive and alienating world of East Germany in the early 1980s.

No, I'm not leaving FimFic. It's not a story site. It's a site called Backloggd, and it's all about organizing your gaming collection and figuring out which games you have in a backlog. I have... quite a few, turns out.

Thoughts on Hell or High Water (2016) · 12:36am Dec 21st, 2023

(Rewatched November 24th, 2023.)

I've seen this movie before, though it's been a number of years now. Still holds up very well. :ajsmug:

Taking place in West Texas, "Hell or High Water" is the story of two brothers, Toby (Chris Pine) and Tanner (Ben Foster), who carry out a spree of bank robberies to raise the money to pay off the mortgage on their old family ranch. Investigating the robbers are Texas Rangers Marcus Hamilton (Jeff Bridges) and Alberto Parker (Gil Birmingham).

The BamHoofYah Recovery Project (HOME PAGE) · 7:18pm Mar 3rd, 2022

The year is 2013. Season Three of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic has finished, the first Equestria Girls movie has released to a middling reception, and BronyCon has moved out of its New York City hometown to its new home, Baltimore. The overall sensation in the Brony fandom is that of change: a princess Twilight instead of a unicorn, a new group of human characters to parallel the Equestrian ones, and, though it is more a vague sensation than a firm recognizance on the

Empress Theresa: Chapter Nineteen Analysis · 5:52pm May 10th, 2023

Scherzer goes back to his home country and assures the Israeli people that Theresa will help, and that anyone who challenges her is a fool, because she has the power to destroy the world. Since we already know how powerful Theresa is, and how beloved she is by the general populace, and how anyone who dares oppose her is humiliated or jailed, any potential conflict that can come of this is pretty much voided, no matter what the author tries to throw in.
