This is Grammer a Week, the periodic blog program-thing where I address a frequently broken grammar rule and tell you how to fix it. This week's installment is about sentence structure. Yeah, it seems like a boring concept, but trust me: it's a subject worth knowing. If you know your sentence structures well, making unique, interesting, and varied sentences will become easier. Oh, and you know those pesky commas that you don't know where to place? A good half of those comma issues can be
This is Grammer a Week, the periodic blog program-thing where I address a frequently broken grammar rule and tell you how to fix it. This week's installment is about dash types. Depending on who you ask the question "How many different dash types are there?" you might get different responses. If you ask an ordinary person, they might answer just one. If you ask a good author, they might say three or four. If you ask a typesetter, they might say five or more.
Okay, so recently I just rewatched the Prince of Egypt by DreamWorks Animation, and at the time I was at a loss to find another cool video to show you guys and gals for this week, until I rewatched the movie (Highly recommend it, if you want a good movie about the story of Exodus starring some very famous and well known voice actors like Ralph Fiennes and Sir Patrick Stewart and some very good songs.) and remembered finding this video out there on the net.
Grape Vine: Okay, so, to end the week we know we'll have to go really all out. So, what better way than to tell an epic tale of adventure, loss, and love all in just five minutes? Five minutes you say? It cannot be done you say? WELL! I shall prove you wrong! And I shall do it with the help of a fellow musician! Ladies and gentlestallions, introducing... the one, the only, CHEEEEESSSSE SANDWICCCHHH!
So I finally got the picture from dinohorse's art raffle, and let me just say, the results are amazing. I finally ended up deciding on Valencia as the image request, and here's the finished product!
Yep, it's another tribute video to one of my all time favorite TV Shows, Supernatural, and this time it's a tribute to the demon pictured above, the definitely non disputed in my book King of Hell himself, "Mr." Crowley. Watch, and enjoy! (Just don't go looking for any crossroads, okay?)
So some might have noticed that I have been releasing a chapter each day for the story Little Ninja.
Hello everyone and welcome back...
To the question of the week. I hope you're all having a wonderful week so far.
Well, Halloween is coming up and so I figured I'd ask a Halloween themed questions (yep, we're asking multiple questions this week).
Well, tomorrow is Halloween (one of my favorite holidays) so obviously the question of the week will pertain to this. Like why wouldn't I?
If you were to take your favorite OC and you were to give them a Nightmare Night costume, what outfit would be your favorite? And what outfit would you OC not want to be caught dead in?
Thank you all for coming. I hope you all have a good day and... a Happy Halloween.🎃🎃
Hello everyone and welcome back to the question of the week. I hope you're all having a wonderful week so far. May your costumes be pristine and unwrinkled.
Tragically the question this week isn't a Halloween themed one... Technically.
What is the weirdest reason you have ever heard of a toy or item being recalled?
Also if you are partaking in Halloween, what costume are you wearing this year (snuck a question in)?
Stay safe, may you candy bowls be full and your chocolates yummy.
