May 31, 2010 was the date that started it all.

Shoutout to my former classmates and other batchmates. I miss them all and the classes, recollections, and retreats we had. I miss eating different dishes at the cafeteria, as well as the vending machines that sell sandwiches and beverages.

All of us may took the same bachelor's degree, but our hearts' desires lead us to our own paths on doing what we love.

Nine years ago today, Friendship is Magic premiered on The Hub, and, in doing so, opened the floodgates for the massive fandom and devotion that was to come. Hmm. April 24th was my fourth anniversary of my first time pub'ing fimfic to this site.

.....I missed my own anniversary. I have now been on FIMfiction for a year and I've grown a lot as an author in such a short time. Hot damn.

Also, this is Marcbot2004. I just went through a small name change in spirit of Halloween and a new show I started watching.

Once again we find ourselves at the date that changed many people's lives, most for the worst, but some for the better. For me, it was the day I sat in front of the TV and said "I want to help people, I want to join the military." I was only twelve at the time, but damn if I didn't grow up and join the Army. What about you guys? I know some of you may have already shared such things on other anniversaries of this date, but this is still my first year here, so forgive this fool his curiosity.

It doesn't have a cover yet, but it's called "Story of Our Lives". I wrote it in celebration of my 500 followers, and for my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY on FIMfiction!!

Wow, time flies really fast. Can you imagine that? October 10, 2010 was the date that started it all. October 10, 2019 marks 9 years of making friends, solving friendship problems, learning about friendship, going out on adventures, and saving Equestria from danger.

It was a good and joyful run. Sadly, there's 3 episodes left for the entire series that will air on October 12, so prepare yourselves for a tearful and bittersweet farewell.
